Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

It has its own entrance, a small terrace, fully equipped kitchen and a new bathroom. It is 33 square meters. Nearby: Regensburg (10 km to the center), Donaustauf castle ruins, Walhalla, forest, Danube, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 2 children. No more than 2 adults.

Die Ferienwohnung ist im 2023/24 neu renovierten Dachgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten großen Hauses ( nach einen Großbrand 2022 im Haus wurde alles von Grund auf saniert) . Sie ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und bietet viel Platz auch für Familien mit Kindern. WLAN, TV und eine Spielecke gehören zur Ausstattung. Ebenso eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Hunde können mitgebracht werden, es gibt zwei Katzen im Haus: Mimi und Sally.

Our farm is located in Reichenau, district of Waidhaus, only 500 m (by foot) away from fhe Czech border. The uniqueness of our location can be described through its remote and natural surroundings. Large forest areas, many streams and ponds as well as green meadows are only some of the beautiful aspects of the area. A stay here is ideal for travellers on their way to Prague or anywhere East. Welcome to my central old town apartment (3rd floor without elevator). All attractions and everyday necessities are within walking distance. For loading/unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house for a short time!! PLEASE NOTE MY DIRECTIONS!! Parking, for example, in the underground car park at the theater (Bismarckplatz) is €14/day or free of charge 15 minutes walk.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.

Close to excursions to the Danube Gorge, Altmühl Valley and Hundertwasser Tower. .

In the middle of the Upper Palatinate cultural landscape, nestled in sunny hills, our art workshop is located on the outskirts of the village. The enchantingly restored house from 1922 forms a magnificent courtyard with the studio and the guest house.
