Leave your everyday life behind and enjoy the pleasant tranquility, the scent of wood, the soft light, and the crackling fireplace. Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
