Lucas's apartment is outstanding! It has all the amenities described in the listing, the kitchen is super complete, the space is ample, well decorated and comfortable. The proximity of the beach, with private access, is a great differential, as well as the beach service, which makes the stay much easier. Lucas was a thoughtful host, responded quickly to messages and still allowed us to do a late check-out at no extra cost. The building's leisure space is great, with several options even on rainy days. The price is not the lowest, but it is worth it for what the site offers.

The apartment is at a point close to a mini mall and well-known supermarkets. The price of the products does not change much in relation to my city, so we went with few things. We bought everything there. The location is excellent, with the beach nearby and easy access, which made our days even more enjoyable. The attendance at the concierge — from the moment we arrived, all the staff were extremely polite and attentive. Always friendly, both on the exits and on the beach returns. We stayed in the apartment of Mr. Vanes during the Easter holiday and it was perfect, the apartment is right on the sand, exactly as the photos, total security, the building offers excellent beach service and communication with Vanes was extremely easy.
