Riviera has 24-hour security and all essential services. The apartment is in a great location, Module 3, close to the sea. It is spacious, airy and has several amenities: safety screen for children, kids space, Wi-Fi internet, cable TV, smartTV, air conditioning in the bedrooms, kitchen utensils, washer and dryer, brewery/cellar (3 in 1) Ice machine, beach service with tent and chairs, heated pool. Magnificent View, really right on the sand!!!!

The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman. The cleaning staff is excellent.
