I spent the holiday with my family, extremely clean, airy apartment, my kids love the condominium, soccer field, great location and beach service. Carlos is very attentive. I recommend it!!

Excellent stay. All very proactive and respectful, host Eric and caretaker Genivaldo were sensational. The impeccable apartment, completely renovated. Small walk to the beach. If you need there is a cart that carries coolers, bags, etc. On the beach they set up gazebo tents with several chairs, set up tb beach tennis net and provide rackets and balls. In the afternoon we swim in the heated and wonderful pool and then a sauna. At night we play ping pong. We went to eat on the spike emperor. Very top. By ifood you can order food and drink. We will definitely be back!!!!

The apt is exactly as in the pictures. Very spacious and airy, not to mention the beautiful ocean view. Really right on the sand, my father who has mobility issues had no problem getting to the beach. Shopping 850 meters away. The caretaker's kindness and attention stood out. We'll definitely be back.

Great stay, we really liked the apartment. A good location for getting around all the main beaches. We loved Indaiá beach and especially Riviera beach because our child loved the waves. We were very well taken care of, we liked the apartment's accommodations, it had everything we needed, even an air fryer.

Beautiful house according to the photos, with all the tools we need, a freezer in the barbecue area made all the difference to freeze our drinks. Very attentive Host Mariana, answering all questions quickly. The home town Lila that served us is super attentive and has made no efforts to make our lodging wonderful. I recommend the house and will be back soon.

I and my family loved the stay. The house has all the kitchen and household utensils. It was clean and organized, 100% matching the photos. And Donizete is a 10 — he always responds quickly. I recommend this place: 10 out of 10!

Simply a 1000. Exactly as in the photos, very close to the beach and the beach was very quiet and clean. We were very comfortable in the house and felt really at home. My dogs loved the big lawn! The Bertioga clover pastel nearby is a great fish shop! We'll be back for sure. And Patricia is always willing to help us. The only inconvenience was a party that was happening on the next street, but that doesn't discredit the house at all because it can happen anywhere.

I stayed with my family at Amanda's house, which exceeded our expectations in every way..The house is exactly as in the photos, super complete and equipped, there was nothing missing, Amanda always very attentive and quick to respond, a wonderful weekend, was worth a lot and I will come back as soon as possible.

We spent wonderful days in this place! The apartment is located in a very organized and easily accessible condominium, including a parking space and amenities such as a swimming pool, barbecue, sports court and game room. The beach is very close (10 min light walk) and has beach service (sun guard, chairs, table) from the condominium itself. It is not inside the Reviera, but literally next to the access by a bridge. As for the apartment itself, the place is exactly as advertised! Newly renovated, with air-conditioning in all rooms and quality bed and bath linens. The kitchen has several appliances (e.g. Airfryer) and utensils. It served me, my wife and our baby very well. Communication with Denise was very easy and friendly. She gave us several tips on nearby restaurants and was always available. An excellent option with good value for money!

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it.
