Vacation rentals with a fireplace in São Lourenco Beach

I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

The place is beautiful, the house is super clean and tidy, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Mrs. Gisela is very kind and understanding, responds super fast, a great host. Everything was easy: getting there, getting in, using the house, tidying up and leaving. Everything has a proper place to put things, so keeping the house tidy during the stay was very simple. All the spaces are very good and it was great to stay there during these days, we highly recommend it and we will definitely be back! <3

The house is cozy, very well equipped and perfect for fun days with friends and family. Although it is not right on the sand and you need a car to get around, the condominium has a great parking structure near the beach. Carmem is very helpful and kind.

Very cozy house, had a towel and bath, soaps and repellents available, which is a differential, I have never stayed in a house with these items available, I loved it. The host is super attentive, responds quickly to messages. Everything was wonderful, I'll definitely go more often

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

The property is a good size for two people and has good solutions for using the space. The night view is incredible and worth keeping in the trip records. The condominium where it is located (All Aclimação) has a good structure and is quite new and organized. About the neighborhood, I had never stayed in Aclimação, in São Paulo, but it will be my base from now on. The surroundings of the property are very quiet and the temperature is milder than in the rest of the city.

We stayed with 4 friends in the house and everyone loved the stay. The house is very complete, it has everything, super clean, good fireplace, good air conditioning, very good gourmet area for a night of pizza, drinks, fondue and etc... Great living room, bedroom, bathroom... The Host is super helpful, responds quickly, clears up all doubts, check-in and check-out all good, extremely clean and organized house... It was a great opportunity, I am very satisfied in every aspect of my stay in Alessandro's apartment. Everything that was within the host's reach was fully satisfactory. Very attentive, even bought an Airfryer especially at my request! I must return to São Paulo soon, I will certainly stay in the same apartment. Alessandro, you're the man, see you next time.

The house is just wonderful! It is beautiful, has a rustic aesthetic, it is full of vegetation, and very well cared for. It has several amenities, including a full kitchen. It has airfryer, sandwich maker, a VERY spacious fridge and freezer and all the necessary utensils. We don't miss anything. Pros next guests, attention only to the shots, as most are of the old model, with two pins. Maia was extremely friendly and attentive, supporting us with great agility and making our stay impeccable. The house, as he says in the ad, is a bit far from the beach, and the path to the best beach has a climb in the beginning. But you can go and get back on foot, no problem. Without words, everything was great! I highly recommend it! Including, I intend to go back there. It's worth it!

The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, spacious and with a great outdoor space. The pool is delicious and it was clean. It is less than 10min walking from the beach, markets and restaurants. We had a small problem with the water pump but Kathia promptly asked a trusted person to come to solve the issue. I highly recommend the site!

I am very grateful to Leandro for all the reception and readiness, we spend incredible family days, the place is beautiful, the house is extremely comfortable with everything necessary for the day to day. I highly recommend to those seeking rest and comfort with family!

We loved the house! Our stay was excellent! Spacious, comfortable and organized home! Everyone, especially children, loves a heated pool! Full kitchen, we didn't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, filtered drinking water (not having to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with tent assembly! We felt a little lacking in a few more beach chairs to be made available, but everything worked out because we used the chairs from the beach huts! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, pool slide that there was no time to enjoy everything! Didn't even have time to turn on the TV! Dayane is a great host, she responds quickly and is always very polite, she gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and super well equipped. The house keepers were super helpful. Me and my family spent quite a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the garden. We had a bbq, used the sauna and really enjoyed our time there overall. Many trips to the beach and local waterfalls were also a highlight
