The apartment is great, extremely clean, well equipped and organized. The host is very attentive, flexible and responsive. We had a great holiday and will definitely be back.

The home of Carolina offers the best of both worlds: it is close to the beach, where it rolls quite agitated and is a delight to spend the day, while at the same time it offers a place surrounded by nature enough to be a refuge within another. In addition, the house is equipped with all the utensils we need, which made it very easy to just enjoy the space. Finally, air-conditioning in all the rooms is a differential, because the summer nights have been hot. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The location is extremely perfect, the only thing missing is a heated pool for swimming at night. However, there was a smaller one that was hot, so it met our needs.

The accommodation exactly matched the listing. Simple space with excellent cost and benefit as it was one of the most affordable in the region financially speaking. For my family, the difference was the privileged location, which is excellent. We have a 1-year-old daughter and the space provided us with the privacy and convenience a baby requires. We had everything we needed for our trip (beach structure set up, good accommodation, very, very safe place). The host Renata was also super friendly, responded super fast to any request and made us very comfortable. At last we feel at home

My family and I were fully satisfied with everything. The house is amazing, the host is careful and attentive to the details. A beautiful house with hotel stewardship. The condominium employees are extremely polite. Note 1000 - I recommend and, as soon as we can, we will be back.

Lucas's apartment is outstanding! It has all the amenities described in the listing, the kitchen is super complete, the space is ample, well decorated and comfortable. The proximity of the beach, with private access, is a great differential, as well as the beach service, which makes the stay much easier. Lucas was a thoughtful host, responded quickly to messages and still allowed us to do a late check-out at no extra cost. The building's leisure space is great, with several options even on rainy days. The price is not the lowest, but it is worth it for what the site offers.

Those were incredible days on the Riviera. Very organized and clean apartment, helpful staff, great beach service. Not to mention the hosts Victor and Lucilene who were always helpful. We'll be back for sure!

I spent a weekend with my family at Katia's accommodation, we really liked it, it's close to the beach and there are several activities to do in the building, I recommend it!

Our trip was great from start to finish, the host is super attentive and helpful, the condominium is wonderful and the apartment is also a beauty… super clean and with all the necessary things for a great stay, very close to the beach. I can say it was perfect! I already knew Rivieira, but it was the first time we rented an apartment and it was wonderful, we will definitely come back more often and we already have a favorite place. I recommend the accommodation and say that if they rent it, they will not regret it.

The house is simply perfect, it is beautiful, super comfortable, well maintained and full of details that show the whim that the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, it perfectly suited me and my family, with en-suites equipped with air-conditioning, TV, fan, pillows, toilet paper, mat, all with a workbench and cozy decor. The kitchen is beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and cups, nothing was missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a separate differential, with separate height adjustment for each environment, awesome!! The heated pool is not even mentioned, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy it a lot because it was heated, even at night. If it weren't heated, we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Besides the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

Simply enchanted with the experience! The apartment is exactly as advertised – or rather, live is even more beautiful and welcoming. The location is privileged, facing the sea, perfect for those looking for tranquility and easy access to everything. The attention to detail made all the difference: ice in the freezer, soaps, coffee, sugar, two coolers, among so many other treats that demonstrate the care of hosts. The city of Apê is complete, with appliances and utensils of high quality. For me, a special highlight goes to the mattresses, which have ensured truly restful nights of sleep. I would recommend it without a doubt – it was a flawless stay!

Excellent stay. All very proactive and respectful, host Eric and caretaker Genivaldo were sensational. The impeccable apartment, completely renovated. Small walk to the beach. If you need there is a cart that carries coolers, bags, etc. On the beach they set up gazebo tents with several chairs, set up tb beach tennis net and provide rackets and balls. In the afternoon we swim in the heated and wonderful pool and then a sauna. At night we play ping pong. We went to eat on the spike emperor. Very top. By ifood you can order food and drink. We will definitely be back!!!!
