Flat Boulevard very well located, with beautiful ocean views and swimming pool, 350 meters from the beach (9 min walk). Beach service. Kitchen with electric stove, microwave, oven and basic cooking utensils. Regular coffee makers and Nespresso. One en-suite with a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Magnificent View, really right on the sand!!!!

The apartment is really right on the sand with magnificent views of the garden and the SEA. Approx. 100 steps from the sea!! We've been renting the apartment for over 6 years on Airbnb. We've had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over the course of this time, we have acquired expertise in hosting. We have contracts with a laundry, an air-conditioning company, and a "handyman" who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent, they've been with us since the beginning.

Lucas's apartment is outstanding! It has all the amenities described in the listing, the kitchen is super complete, the space is ample, well decorated and comfortable. The proximity of the beach, with private access, is a great differential, as well as the beach service, which makes the stay much easier. Lucas was a thoughtful host, responded quickly to messages and still allowed us to do a late check-out at no extra cost. The building's leisure space is great, with several options even on rainy days. The price is not the lowest, but it is worth it for what the site offers.
