We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured—actually even better in person. It had everything we needed, from a comfortable bed to a well-equipped kitchen, and the location was perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful and stylish, and we felt right at home. Communication with Filipe was easy and friendly throughout. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! 🌸🌸🌸

Accommodation was very clean and organized. the Studio is well decorated and had everything we need. we felt at home. the location is very good, close to restaurants, markets and it is still possible to walk to freedom, without feeling unsafe.

The place was Great and is in a good location. the building is very nice we used the gym and the mini mart was convenient. only negative was the extra covers were still wet from the previous wash and the projector seemed like a good idea on paper but was a hassle to use for sure a bit frustrating but the host were great.

Greta place to stay. We will be back.

I spent a week with my family in this home and it was very tasty!!! The house is super cozy, spacious, well equipped and surrounded by nature and quiet, precisely what we were looking for! Rodrigo was an excellent host, gave us clear instructions, very useful indications of nearby services and helped me with all the questions, always responding promptly. We will definitely return!

wow just wow.. we are absolutely in love with Quitandinha. We had an amazing time, we got to relax and spend time with our relatives that we haven't seen in 25 years so the place made it extra special. Dona Cida and seu Belchior, no words to describe them, we actually became friends and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this airbnb. The house is a charm! Very clean and organized Td! You enter and already smell the cleanliness! And the care with the reception (vases with natural flowers await you)! Impeccable towels, sheets and blankets! The house has several rooms, all very organized! Beatriz and Gilda even offer soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, sugar, coffee and firewood! Very close to downtown. I highly recommend it and we will certainly return again! Very fast in communication! They give complete tips about the region! My family and our friends loved the stay!

I stayed with my family, and we had very pleasant days. Spacious, bright, airy, extremely comfortable, cozy and clean house. Kitchen equipped with quality appliances and utensils. Very good barbecue. Communication with Lutz was extremely good, as was communication with Simone (homemade). In fact, Simone helped us with breakfast and lunch. Everything was great. Simone is very helpful, polite, friendly and attentive. I recommend it!

An excellent choice! The house is even more beautiful than in the photos — the care is felt in every detail. Everything was impeccably clean and extremely well cared for. Super equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay. The location is also excellent: close to the beach and great restaurants, with super easy access. The host was amazing: super attentive, quick to respond and always willing to help. It was a wonderful and very peaceful experience from start to finish. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

Wonderful stay. Impeccable apartment, clean, with everything we needed. Excellent air conditioning, TV, hot and cold shower working perfectly. Great bathroom. Perfect location, close to the Ibirapuera mall, next to the subway. Building with super infrastructure. Pool, gym, etc. We'll be back for sure soon.

A great studio apartment in a great location. The view from the balcony is amazing. Also, the balcony itself is set up with couch and dining table makes it a good relaxing experience. Paulo has been super responsive too. Will definitely come back to this place again.

This stay was great. A really good location, a nice, comfortable and clean place to stay. The building itself had many amenities that really saved me as I needed to buy some time before heading to my next adventure. I worked several hours from the office room that had a big table and a quiet environment. The gym was bigger than most gyms I've seen in a building, the outdoor pool area was nice. Overall a very good experience.

Apartment 514 is amazing! In the heart of Av Paulista, it is a very comfortable and surprisingly quiet space. Well decorated, it has air conditioning and an electric shower in great working order and some kitchen equipment. Close to many attractions, the apartment is next to MASP, close to Padaria Bella Paulista, pharmacies and various services. The Trianon MASP subway station is on the same sidewalk as the building, making it very easy to get around the city of São Paulo.

The apartment is very cool. I was celebrating a special occasion and it was everything we dreamed of! It would be again for sure and recommend it!
