Split heater for warmth or cool in this well insulated space. Great WiFi and 1 block from a deli serving hot breakfasts etc. Over the hill in Fairfax is the famous Good Earth food store. Great drives to Point Reyes and Golden Gate Bridge. A great base hub!

My apartment is warm and comfy with an abundance of natural light. The bedroom is beautiful with an extremely comfortable queen size bed. The spacious kitchen will cook up fresh meals from your grocery shop just a block away! High-speed internet. Washer & dryer in the unit! Minimum Age Requirement: 21 years of age.

A block and half to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly private room with free street parking. Please note this is not an apartment, so it has no proper kitchen. It is a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom.
