Cozy Retreat on Cherimoya Grove

Relax and unwind on a small family farm and cherimoya grove of over 100 cherimoya fruit trees. Interact with, feed, and hold the resident chickens, and bring treats for the two pigs! The room’s balcony overlooks the cherimoya grove and paddock. Located just outside of San Elijo Hills, the property is a close drive to Encinitas downtown and beaches, LEGOLAND, and San Diego Zoo’s Safari Park. While the farm feels far away, about a mile away are a grocery store, coffee shop, and wine bar.

That being said, if you're feeling more exploratory, there are many options within a short drive including hiking, wine tasting, horseback riding, fishing, and even sky-diving.

The Hideaway Leucadia is a 1 bd 1 ba detached space on our property with it's own private entrance and yard. Fully equipped for long term stays. It boasts 13' tall ceilings with exposed beams, artisanal finishes and boho socal decor. The couch is a pull out to sleep two additional guests. There is an outdoor firepit and market lights to enjoy summer nights in Southern California. Close to many famous surf spots; Beacons, Swamis, Ponto etc.

We are located in a central location minutes away from everything: 10 minute drive to the airport, walking distance to popular North Park attractions, and a quick 7 min ride-share to downtown San Diego. About 15 min drive to the nearest beach.
