Totally independent with a garden of about 1000 sqm and an in-ground swimming pool both for exclusive use, located in the municipality of Stazzona, 5 minutes from the beaches of Lake Como. The house is equipped with all amenities, Wi-Fi, washing machine, 55" TV, microwave, coffee machines, induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, gazebo and small barbecue grill.

The Castello di Menaggio (former castle) is history. Traffic is restricted, so very quiet, with a great lake view. It has a large roof-top terrace and a balcony. A/C in main bedroom, full kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Common garden available (no dogs allowed in garden). A 5 minutes walk (downhill) to the center. Private parking, or ideal without a car. Absolutely no-smoking. Not even in the balcony or terrace. Town tourist tax of 3 €/person/day from March to Nov. payable on arrival.

It is quiet in a small traditional village with no cars, only small passages between the houses. It is a great location for water sports, hiking, mountain biking, or just playing around on the beach. The house has an inflatable pool for kids. Dogs are welcome. Large public parks and beaches are at the waterfront, with a large activity center.
