Giordano is super friendly, eager to help and has great tips for activities such as walking in/to Val Zebrú. The place itself is cozy and has every amenit you could need during a stay.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, very close to the lake. Shopping facilities are within walking distance, the transport connection (bus) is also convenient to be able to do a lot even in the rain. Martina is very accommodating and warm. Glad to come back!

Anita and Mark are easily reachable and communicate quickly. The apartment is cozy, large, wonderful view, well-equipped kitchen, large bedroom, great balcony. We would come back anytime

Our stay was short but enough to best evaluate the apartment and the hospitality. It is characteristic, renovated with great taste, with every comfort, in the historic center, very quiet area. We were welcomed with every consideration, all the comforts possible. Really highly recommended.

Terrazza sur lago surpassed expectations! We chose to come in from Lugano by Uber (a new service just offered in 2025), from there you do have some stairs to negotiate to the beautiful apartment. However, another option is to take a scenic ferry ride from Lugano to Gandria if you have time and want fewer stairs. Once you arrive, you will find the sparkling clean apartment better than the photos. The kitchen is spacious and very well fit out. A nice dining table provides great views of Lago Lugano. Two spacious bedrooms, both offer great lake views, one with a walk-out to a large patio area, with table, chairs, umbrella and comfy furniture for kicking back. We ate every breakfast out there taking in the lake. A quick 10 minute Uber ride puts you in Lugano - tons of restaurants, shopping and nite life. It’s also a 10 minute drive to the funicular for Mounte Bré (great views and hikes). In town - try the Olive Trail hike in Gandria or take a ferry tour of the lake. Bellissimo!

Davide was an amazing host, super fast responsive and with a very professional attitude. He send us very clear instructions for the check-in and the check-in was very easy. His place was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The parking space also super convenient for our car and the bikes we carried in order to explore the surroundings. I really recommend Davide’s place and we will be glad to come back 😀 Thank so much. We really enjoyed our stay!

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Loved staying here in Perledo! The apartment was clean and had everything we need for our stay! Selena was extremely helpful when it came to trying to figure out the train disruption in Varenna. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area!

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

We had an all-around pleasant stay! Communication with the host was excellent – fast, friendly and solution-oriented. We would like to emphasize how accommodating he was: a suitable solution was found immediately for every small concern. The location of the apartment is also ideal. It is very well connected to public transport, so you can easily arrive without a car and explore the surroundings. Overall, absolutely recommended!

We had a great time, just the arrival was a little complicated. The instructions were clear but the GPS didn't work, very narrow paved road and a really not easy to navigate slope. Beautiful apartment overlooking the lake, swimming pool a little cold, shame, terrace that lacks a little privacy. Very good restaurant "baba du lac" where we ate for not very much, I would highly recommend it! City that is not a ferry to Varenne so have to take the car otherwise accessible for other cities, count 1h/1h30 of travel on the lake. Tourist tax 1 euro/person to be counted and paid in cash on arrival. I didn't find Irene very smiling when I arrived but she explained the accommodation, the access and responded quickly to messages. Davide was the best host, all his recommendations were great and he was extremely responsive. The apartment was perfect for a two people stay (couple). There’s a lot of storage space. The apartment is modern and the finishes are high quality. Highly recommend this place!

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly as described: clean, well-decorated and very well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.
