Vacation rentals with a balcony in Samedan

Sehr schöne Wohnung an exklusiver und ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Badezimmer sind neu und in schönem Naturstein gehalten. Die Küche ist gut und praktisch Ausgestattet und verfügt über moderne Geräte. Bei den Stockbetten haben die oberen Betten seitlich keine Begrenzung und sind daher meiner Ansicht nach, für Kinder nicht geeignet. Für uns waren es top Ferien :)

O apartamento estava exatamente como no anúncio. Tudo estava limpo e em ordem, mas infelizmente fomos cobrados por duas vezes pela Taxa de Turismo no valor de CHF 45,60. Quando chegamos para fazer o check-in, fomos atendido por um rapaz o qual nos cobrou a taxa e depois descontaram novamente no meu cartão de credito. Reclamei ,mas não adiantou pois disseram que a taxa não havia sido paga no momento do check-in! Então tomem cuidado! Não paguem a taxa na hora do check-in e principalmente se for um rapaz alto, de óculos e cabelos enrolados. Nunca imaginei passar por isso na Suiça!!! Aprendi que lá também existe gente desonesta! Vivendo e aprendendo!

Tolle Wohnung! Perfekt für Familien :)

A comfortable, very nice apartment close to all that's needed (groceries, postoffice, incredible bakery, sports shop and various restaurants). The bus stop is right across the entrance and very convenient. It has a ski room with a door to the garage on the same level. The apartment was just right for 2 people and we felt very much at home.

Es hat alles super gepasst und war so wie beschrieben Alles ist von der Unterkunft in der Nähe ( Einkaufsladen, Tankstelle, See,…) Leider waren nur nicht wie angegeben, immer kostenfreie Parkplätze dabei beziehungsweise man hat nicht einen Parkplatz für sich extra reserviert. An zwei Abenden waren alle verfügbaren Parkplätze weg, und wir mussten uns außerhalb einen Parkplatz suchen.

Great place to stay in Pontresina!

Gemütliche, kleine Wohnung, ideal für einen Kurzurlaub. Leider kein Lift vom Skikeller/Tiefgarage und teilweise waren die Nachbarn etwas laut und die Wohnung aus unerfindlichen Gründen sehr stark beheizt (Radiatoren jedoch kalt).

Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet. Sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Check-in verlief reibungslos. Wir haben unsere Woche sehr genossen.

Unique location and beautiful refurbished cottage. Was really an amazing stay for us and kids alike. Great kitchen. Close to train station and in short distance by train to Klosters or Davos.

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft ganz hinten in Silbertal, viel Platz (wir waren aber auch 'nur' 16 Personen, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, große Küche und schöner Wohnbereich, Supermarkt im Ort, Kristbergbahn fast vor der Haustüre, zuverlässiger Busverkehr - unserer Gruppe hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Das Chalet Anna in Grosotto bietet eine perfekte Kombination aus Komfort, Stil und Naturerlebnis. Ob für einen Familienurlaub, einen Aufenthalt mit Freunden oder eine Auszeit – diese Unterkunft verspricht eine unvergessliche Zeit in den italienischen Alpen.

En rigtig dejlig uge i skønne Schönblick. Hans Peter og Bianca er de perfekte værter! Alt var rent og pænt - ligesom på billederne. Vi var 9 personer og havde fin plads. Lækkert køkken med spiseplads og hyggelig stue ved siden af. Kappl dorf er en hyggelig lille by med fine indkøbsmuligheder. Skibussen går lige udenfor døren. Eneste minus er dog at den ikke går direkte til Ischgl - man skal skifte undervejs. Vi endte med at tage bilen - nemt og billigt at parkere i Ischgl.

Wir hatten 7 mega tolle Tage. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zu jeder Zeit immer sehr hilfsbereit! Die Unterkunft liegt an einem sehr strategische Punkt. Von dort aus kann man sehr gut wandern und biken. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein Gasthof wo man sehr gut Essen gehen kann und der auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Comfortable and clean place with a spectacular view of Lake Como. We had our own parking space which is a must around the lake. We took the bus up to Bellagio one day. Nice seafood restaurant next door. We ate there 2 nights. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful old apartment in a nice location. The backyard was a lifesaver when travelling with children. Friendly, quiet neighborhood. A car is essential to reach the apartment, but parking is limited near the apartment, so one may have to park their car a little further away on some evenings.

We had a fantastic stay as three families with four small children (aged 1 to 3). The house was spotless, with everything we needed—sheets, towels, detergent, spices, appliances, and two coffee machines (filter and bean). It was great for families, and the sledges for the kids were a nice touch. The rooms vary—two are spacious and stylish, while the other two are smaller and simpler. Some floors were squeaky, which wasn't an issue for us but might be for families with sleeping babies. Communication was pleasant, but since a company manages the property instead of the host, there were occasional delays. Check-in and check-out were smooth, though early check-in wasn’t possible due to cleaning. Overall, the house offers great value for money—one of the best we’ve experienced on Airbnb. Highly recommended!

Lovely lakeside views, calm and peaceful; these are hard to beat. We were treated to chilled prosecco and enough coffee pods to get us through a couple days! Our host provided perfect video instruction to get in so we had the flexibility to arrive when we wanted. The space was bright in the common areas and muted in the bedroom area for sleeping. Plus two bathrooms with new showers, very well apportioned. (Remember to bring soap or body wash as it was not supplied) Drive to Bellagio less than 15 minutes—the roads in the area are windy and a bit narrow but we got used to it. We ate out but the kitchen was well set up with utensils.

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! Andrea’s home was a perfect quiet location for visiting beautiful Bellagio and Varenna … we stayed for 6 amazing days. Lots of day trips and even the train to Switzerland for a day. The apartment is just a walk to the ferry and then so nice to come home to Griante after spending the day with crowds. The view from the balcony is spectacular … we saw the most amazing storm with thunder and lightning. The mini mart, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.
