In 30 minutes, you can be in the Arosa ski resort or in the Lenzerheide ski resort, which are connected with 225 km of slopes! Mountain summer: hiking and biking. Peaceful oasis with mountain views

Welcome to our oasis of peace directly in the agricultural area in the Grisons mountains. You can relax in the wonderful living climate of the solid wood spruce house with its own water source. For us it is an oasis of peace, strength and happiness. The house, newly built in 2024, is somewhat remote and yet only 12 minutes from the city of Chur, 10 minutes from Churwalden and 20 minutes from Lenzerheide. It is a wonderful location for skiing/cross-country skiing, biking, hiking or to be and enjoy.

A spacious studio layout features a large bed with light bedding and decorative pillows. A kitchenette and dining area are visible, complemented by colorful notes on the wall. A comfortable sofa adds to the inviting atmosphere, illuminated by natural light from nearby windows.

*Reduced price due to construction site close by* Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Good connection to public transport (city bus stop nearby) and only 15-20 minutes' walk to the city center.

Summer: hiking, biking, walking, theme trails for children, tree house, nostalgia mail van... We rent a cozy attic apartment in the middle of the beautiful Walserdorf Tschiertschen and close to the mountain railways (10 km from Chur). The kitchen is newly renovated (April 2023)!

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.
