Angélique welcomed us and showed us around the place, giving us all the necessary explanations. We enjoyed a well-equipped accommodation, located not far from Guérande, between countryside and sea. Despite a stubborn shower door, the apartment is very functional and comfortable. Featuring a small, well-maintained garden, it allows you to enjoy a pleasant outdoor space. We had a pleasant stay at Angélique and Nicolas's.

Their paradise is a haven of peace in the heart of nature with century-old trees, a pond, flowers, birdsong in abundance, squirrels, an adorable goat and a very pretty farmhouse... We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

Very good stay: small, thoughtfully designed, equipped and very well-maintained accommodation. Very comfortable bedding. Close to the beach. Warm welcome. Bathtub, high chair and bed for our baby were provided as a bonus. We recommend it.

Perfect cottage located 10 minutes from Guérande and La Brière. The cottage is very beautiful and we immediately felt good there. The renovation of the house, and in particular the furniture, is really very beautiful and original! It has everything you need and the bedding is very good. The house is in a quiet location with shops within a 10-minute drive. The host was very welcoming and accommodating with the schedules. We'll go back for sure!

We had a pleasant stay in St Marc, the apartment is ideally located and very well equipped for cooking, there are books for all ages and even a parasol for the beach. We'll be back for sure!

Valerie's apartment was exactly as described. It's a fabulous place, very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. So light and airy with wonderful views from the living space area. We were visiting friends so didn't do much cooking but the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. Valerie is very responsive and a great helpful host. Im sure we will be back.

This is perfect accommodation for a couple. A very nicely converted apartment, well equipped and charmingly furnished. Bénédicte was kind enough to spend time explaining the area to us on check-in. The apartment is very centrally located in Nantes within walking distance of the main sights plus shopping and restaurants. As it is on the second floor and looking out onto a central courtyard, it is also very quiet. Be aware that the kitchen is small and there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment.

The apartment was lovely. Light, comfy, more spacious than you might think. A cosy design and style. Well located, a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk to the coast, easy access to town and area. Independent access to apartment with balcony, but above Valerie and Christopher if anything needed.
