You will have walking access to all shops, bars and restaurants, in this beautiful setting that Pornic offers. You will stay in a nice accommodation of 40 m2, in which everything is new, including a bedroom, a spacious and bright living room/kitchen, and a bathroom, all of which can accommodate up to 4 people.

Following numerous messages, the house will not be rented for 2 or 3 days. A few minutes' walk to the center of Pornic, our apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor of a pretty residence. Facing south east with views of the golf course & pool, you will enjoy a pleasant terrace. Fully equipped (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge) and comfortable (sleeps 5: 1 master bedroom (1 double bed) and 3 beds in mezzanine)

This house faces the sea and the beach with magnificent views. Ideal for weekends with friends or family but also for a week's vacation. It has all the comforts and also a beautiful soul. There is a wood-burning stove in the 60 m2 living room located upstairs and served by a staircase. In the 3 bedrooms downstairs, there are 160 beds with duvets and in the dormitory 2 beds of 140 and 1 of 160 with duvets. The dormitory is independent but it has a bathroom with toilet.
