Petite maison de vacances avec beaucoup de caractère construite en 2014 sur un agréable terrain arboré à 300m de la plage et 400m du bourg avec toutes les commodités. Fonctionnelle et facile à vivre aux beaux jours, confortable et chaleureuse en arrière saison, nous l'avons meublée dans l'esprit d'une villégiature de bord de mer des années 60. Un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer mais aussi visiter la Presqu'île Guérandaise, la Brière, le Golfe du Morbihan ou Belle-Ile-en-Mer (depuis La Turballe).

La Cana Casa - Un écrin sauvage avec vue sur mer

La jolie "Canadienne", très confortable, est en première ligne plein sud face à l'océan. C'est un endroit sauvage et calme en bord de mer, sur une parcelle de 2200m2 plantée de pins centenaires surplombant la mer entre Sainte Marguerite de Pornichet et le bourg de Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule et Saint Nazaire à 10'). Que ce soit dans le salon, dans la cuisine, sous la douche ou au fond de votre lit, vous verrez la mer ! Un escalier privé vous mènera à une jolie crique très peu fréquentée.

La Chaumière - Nature et SPA privé

Plongez dans l'atmosphère chaleureuse de La Chaumière, une bâtisse du XVIIe siècle pleine de charme. Avec sa décoration, alliant modernité et authenticité, cette ancienne maison au toit de chaume pourra accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur la campagne et du spa privatif pour une expérience de bien-être et de sérénité. Située à Béganne, au sud du Morbihan, vous pourrez aussi bien découvrir les côtes bretonnes que les petites cités de caractères environnantes.

Petite longère bretonne au beau milieu de la campagne Bretonne. Vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour passer un séjour agréable, notre gîte est très bien équipé. Le gîte est situé en pleine nature au sein d'un domaine très agréable de près de 120 hectares pour vous promener et profiter du calme. Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My place is quiet in the middle of nature with horses, nice view of the setting sun. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 min. from Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 mins away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, the Côte de Jade. Renovated in an original way.

Nice renovated house in the village of Dreffeac

Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.

La Chandelle, in the Hameau du Potager, is a Cottage in the Heart of the Domaine de La Breteche. The entrance is opposite the Château. The Jardinet gives direct access to Hole No. 1 and walks in the park. Quiet and magical place, outside of time for a complete disconnection. In Brière, close to the sea, many must-see places nearby to visit. The fireplace works but wood is not provided Linens provided.

It is located 2 Km from the city center, 15 Km from the seaside and 20 minutes from La Baule. La Brière, Regional Park since 1970, will offer you a multitude of bike or barge rides, to discover the protected fauna and flora in this corner of France away from the tumult of the Coast.

Charming salt worker's house renovated in 2020, quiet and with a closed and green garden, located in the village of Saillé in the heart of the salt marshes of Guérande. Ideally located, the bay of La Baule, the port of Le Pouliguen and the ramparts of Guérande are only 2 kilometers away. The village of Saillé has two renowned restaurants, a newsstand and a bread depot.
