Traditional maisonnette (listed as a BF building), stone exterior, all-wood "tiny house" interior: a cozy 20 m² nest in the shade of the large tree. Small+: bathtub to cool off at the edge of the window overlooking the garden! Garden (fully enclosed) ideal for a nap or a meal under the big tree. + safe bicycles. Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My place is quiet in the middle of nature with horses, nice view of the setting sun. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 min. from Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 mins away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, the Côte de Jade. Renovated in an original way.

Cozy nest in the heart of the Brière Natural Park

Come and spend some time disconnected in a natural and relaxing setting near the marshes. Although the neighborhood is very quiet, you can sometimes hear the hum of a lawnmower or the games of neighboring children. My house is 200 m from the marshes. You are 8.5 km from the coast of Saint Nazaire, 14 km from Pornichet and 17 km from La Baule. Outbuilding in my garden accessible independently. Wi-Fi available but very low speed. Place to park in the path along my gate.
