The "Pacifique 1" apartment is ideally located 300 m from the beach and Place du Commando (esplanade with bars and restaurants), 300 m from the port and the submarine base, 300 m from the Ruban Bleu shopping center, the cinema and the Carrefour Market supermarket. The apartment is a large fully renovated 29 m² studio with a sleeping area with double bed, a large shower room with toilet, a new well-equipped kitchen. The apartment, located on the 1st floor, is very bright.

Cozy nest in the heart of the Brière Natural Park

Come and spend a disconnected moment in a natural and relaxing setting close to the marshes. Although the neighborhood is very quiet you can sometimes hear the purring of a mower or the games of neighboring children. My house is 200m from the marshes. You are 8.5km from the coast of Saint Nazaire, 14km from Pornichet and 17km from La Baule. Dependency in my self-contained garden. Wifi available but very low speed.. Place to park in the path along my gate.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is located on the first floor of our house. It is totally private for you and we have set up a garden with terrace and fenced garden. If you like nature walks, whether on foot or by mountain bike, while being less than 20 minutes from the beaches (St Nazaire, La Baule, Pornichet...) and 35 minutes from Nantes by car. We will be happy to introduce you to our beautiful region!

Come and discover the Brière regional park, the walled city of Guérande where simply the beautiful beach of La Baule, in this cozy 35 m2 studio. Shore fishing, shellfish and crustaceans... but of course!!! Prepare your dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, and then enjoy them in the outdoor area. Typical cottage (BF repertoire), stone exterior, all-wood "tiny house" interior: a cozy 20 m2 nest in the shade of the large tree. Small plus: bathtub to cool off by the window overlooking the garden! Garden (fully enclosed) ideal for a nap or a meal under the large tree. We can meet there, but I'm very discreet! This charming cottage located in the heart of La Brière will accommodate 4 people and up to 6 on an ad hoc basis. It is located 2 Km from the city center, 15 Km from the seaside and 20 minutes from La Baule. La Brière, Regional Park since 1970, will offer you a multitude of bike or barge rides, to discover the protected fauna and flora in this corner of France away from the tumult of the Coast.

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
