Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Denis

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Frédéric is a very generous, welcoming host. He offered tours of the surrounding area, and we had tea in the garden the morning after my arrival. I had a lovely stay.

Sebastian was waiting me,explain how to get from one point to another. Good location,very comfortable beds and if more people is really good this apartment has 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

Beautiful accommodation, where you can feel very good. The green environment, as well as the decoration, encourage tranquility, especially after having evolved in the Parisian crowd. The location is a perfect compromise to enjoy Paris and unwind. We also enjoyed the choices offered by the library, which perfectly complements this little haven of peace. We stayed there during a heatwave and slept with the windows open: not a sound disturbed our sleep. It's precious! A small fan is available and was welcome. Thanks to Julie who was very responsive and clear in her information, we'll be back with pleasure.

Cute home that the hosts actually live in. Shared little courtyard space. Right next to a nice park. Well connected to public transportation. Quiet (except when the stadium is in use). Not directly accessible by any car that's a bit wider (very narrow street). We were comfortable. Good communication with the hosts.

Loved staying here. Mina is a great host who answered my messages fast and in a very friendly way. Would definitely recommend and could easily book this place again.

Laurent has truly been a great host. A real friendly person who will make sure that you have the most comfortable stay at his property. During my time at his place, the weather was very hot, Laurent’s first thought was to ask if I would like a fan to which a graciously accepted. He and his family are very warm and friendly people and would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Paris.

Great stay at a cosy, modern and well-decorated apartment. Guillaume was extremely responsive, and gave clear and easy instructions. Check-in was convenient & easy, and the flat is a perfect base to explore Paris (only 1 stop from Gare Du Nord, if you’re coming via Eurostar!).

Perfect stay all round. Lucille was very responsive and answered any questions very quickly and check in/out was seamless The apartment itself was lovely and very quiet at night. All the amenities that were listed were available and the decor was superb! There is a metro stop about a 5 minute walk away which was so useful and to get to and from the airport it was about €15-20 Uber which split between two people is cheaper than the RER B. Overall a great stay. Fantastic home on the outskirts of the city but then so easy to get into the main centre. Next time we come back to Paris we will definitely try and stay here again 😄 Thank you Lucille 😊

We had a great two-night stay at this place, ideally located near the Stade de France for a concert! The apartment was perfectly in line with the photos, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great value for money. The host was very responsive and available, and she even had some breakfast supplies, which was super nice of her. Thanks again for everything, we'll be back with pleasure!!

The host was extremely responsive and communicative, helped us a lot by giving tips and when we had a setback the emergency kit in the house was a lifesaver! The place is very well organized and clean, the entrance is easy and it is relatively close to the station, there is a market and pharmacy nearby. I highly recommend it!!

Julien’s place was good. Good location if you’re going to Stade de France, or don’t want to stay directly in the city centre. It was a little bit inconvenient to pick up the key somewhere else, especially if you have a lot of luggage, but it was described very well. Julian was very responsive, and I recommend his place.

Alexis is a friendly and welcoming host. Communication was super easy and his flexibility remarkable. The place was clean and nice. Just like the pictures. The neighborhood can be scary at first but is ultimately quite quiet. Paris is easily accessible thanks to the nearby metro. Overall we are very satisfied and would go back without a second thought!

Well, this is the first time i am writing and giving review to any place because this person deserves it. Wow what a man, human being, helped alot during my trip even super responsive, guided me even how to save money and not to over spend. This place felt like i am at home, super comfortable and coffee ofcourse wow. I will soon come again. Sir you're the best♥️ we will sing songs again together hehe cheers

Julian's place is highly recommended. This is a bit far from Paris, but you can get there quickly by regional train. We had a lovely stay and would book it again at the next opportunity. Merci Julien!

Nice place and host was very helpful

The apartment was perfect, spotless and everything we needed. Also seemed bigger. Loved the patio area for sitting out. 5 minute walk to the metro station which was 2 stops from central Paris. We also visited stad de France, which was a close walk. Ness is a fantastic host, responded to messages promptly, and provided clear instructions for getting to the apartment, such a lovely person! 😊 thanks again Ness for a fabulous stay x

We stayed at this lovely studio apartment for 3 days and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Sonia was responsive and helpful, which made the stay even smoother. A great spot for a short getaway!
