Charming, safe and very quiet 2-room appartment - with lots of light - located on the 5th floor of an elevator building, overviewing a courtyard . The quiet and secure residential area is only 2-mn walk from the Eiffel Tower. This area is offering a large selection of restaurants and shops. The decoration is art-deco inspired, with modern comfort and amenities. We have changed the mattress for a queen size, thick, medium hold new one. The bathroom and kitchen have also been updated on 12/22.

Direct view Eiffel Tower for 2/4 !

INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and October 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. and 8 am in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ...
