At the foot of metro 14 and close to metro 13, you will be 20 minutes from Châtelet, 25 minutes from the Stade de France and 30 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. There is a double bed in the first bedroom, a sofa bed in the second and a second sofa bed in the living room.

Two-room apartment, typically Parisian, tastefully renovated in 2025. Please note that the bed is a small double bed of 140 x 190. The building is old, you may sometimes hear the neighbors but nothing very annoying.

A very nice 33 m2 studio located on the 4th floor with elevator, part of my primary residence. Very quiet and bright with a view of "Notre Dame" from the window. Access to the studio is independent of my apartment.
