Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Denis

No regrets at all in booking this place. It is half an hr away by taxi to Paris and probably 1hr via public transpo. Bus is very accessible just 3-5min walk from this home. So convenient. Love the cozy vibes of the house and you got everything that you need in your stay. The host is also very approachable. Waited for us when we checked in very late and was glad to show us around the house of what will be used and needed. Overall very satisfied, we even think this could be a place again for us ehen we get back to Paris with our kids! We can manage to fit because it is comfortable and also lots of ventilation if you need it. So happy we booked this place even if it was last minute booking already as we had no plans at all. Will definitely refer this to our friends coming over. Thank you!!!

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Very nice and clean accommodation. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay. Ideally located to get to Stade de France. Hosts are responsive and pleasant.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

Beautiful accommodation, where you can feel very good. The green environment, as well as the decoration, encourage tranquility, especially after having evolved in the Parisian crowd. The location is a perfect compromise to enjoy Paris and unwind. We also enjoyed the choices offered by the library, which perfectly complements this little haven of peace. We stayed there during a heatwave and slept with the windows open: not a sound disturbed our sleep. It's precious! A small fan is available and was welcome. Thanks to Julie who was very responsive and clear in her information, we'll be back with pleasure.

Our stay was great in Benjamin's Airbnb. It is very nice and well equipped. The area is very quiet and you didn't hear anything from the big city bustle. The Airbnb was a little further from the center, but you could get to everything very well by metro or bus.

Access to the metro is easy and very fast, it allowed us to reach the heart of the Capital in 25 minutes. The basement parking space is a real asset. We'll be sure to ask you again for another stay. The apartment is lovely! We really enjoyed our stay and especially loved spending time on the balcony. The metro station is very close-by, and it's the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Paris :)

Very good experience. I enjoyed the cleanliness, decor, space and brightness of the accommodation. The best part: you can enjoy the view of the Sacré-Cœur while in the living room! The residence is quiet and the owner is very responsive and friendly. RER D and Line 14 are an 8-minute walk away. The neighborhood is a little poor in restaurants but it will certainly improve because it is a neighborhood in full evolution. To be repeated when I come back to do my training in Saint Denis!

For those coming to Paris by car, this place is perfect because it’s very safe. Inside, everything was very clean and well-organized. The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no comparison options. We stayed 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom there is a large shower right at the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That is enough for showering, but comfortable is different. The living room is huge. The kitchen as well. Unfortunately there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but should be standard. Space would be plentiful. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. The degree in front of the kitchenette was not completely harmless. The unit does not have AC. This is inconvenient to summer time. The view is priceless. Views over the city are fantastic.

Great location for attending the 2024 Olympic events. Only 50 yards from the metro one way and another 50 yards the other direction to a major super market. I liked the triple security (2 doors and a security guard).
