Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Denis

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

Carole’s property was the perfect location for me and my family whilst visiting Paris for the Olympics. Not only was it super easy to get to the stadiums, it was ideally located to catch all forms of public transport across the city! The house itself was beautiful and perfect for our home away from home. Carole was easy to communicate with throughout our stay and I would happily stay again and recommend to anyone visiting.

Superbe logement, où l'on se sent très bien. L'environnement verdoyant, ainsi que la décoration incitent à la tranquillité, surtout après avoir évolué dans la foule parisienne. La localisation est un parfait compromis pour profiter de Paris et se ressourcer. Nous nous sommes également delectées des choix offerts par la bibliothèque, qui complète à merveille ce petit havre de paix. Nous y avons séjourné en période de canicule et avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes : pas un bruit n'a perturbé nos sommeils. C'est précieux! Un petit ventilateur est disponible et était bienvenue. Merci à Julie qui a été très réactive et très claire dans ses informations, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean and spacious enough for two people. It was exactly as described in the listing, and it came equipped with all the necessities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or requests.

Cute home that the hosts actually live in. Shared little courtyard space. Right next to a nice park. Well connected to public transportation. Quiet (except when the stadium is in use). Not directly accessible by any car that's a bit wider (very narrow street). We were comfortable. Good communication with the hosts.

Très bon séjour dans le studio "le petit parisien". Le studio est extrêmement propre. L'entrée se fait de manière autonome. Paulo nous a mis plein de petits attentions que nous avons découvert à notre arrivée (jus de fruits frais, gâteaux, chocolats, thé, café, produits cosmétiques...), tout est sur place pour se se sentir bien comme dans un petit cocon. Merci Paulo pour votre accueil et vos petites attentions ! Nous recommandons vivement cet Airbnb !

Perfect stay all round. Lucille was very responsive and answered any questions very quickly and check in/out was seamless The apartment itself was lovely and very quiet at night. All the amenities that were listed were available and the decor was superb! There is a metro stop about a 5 minute walk away which was so useful and to get to and from the airport it was about €15-20 Uber which split between two people is cheaper than the RER B. Overall a great stay. Fantastic home on the outskirts of the city but then so easy to get into the main centre. Next time we come back to Paris we will definitely try and stay here again 😄 Thank you Lucille 😊

10/10 place. It was clean, cozy and accessible. Elisabeth was also a great host as she was welcoming, kind and structural. Would really recommend, we had the best time.

Amazing host and very responsive! We landed early in Paris and she let us drop off our luggage at the apartment. The apartment is exactly how it looks in the pictures - well maintained and clean. The attention to detail especially stood out to us, it had the smallest of the smallest facilities that one needs. It is at walking distance to the metro station, which made our commute to the city centre easy. Totally worth the price!

Séjour court pour le travail, le studio est parfait pour quelques nuits car très bien équipé et très confortable. Rien ne manque ! J’ai apprécié l’arrivée autonome et la propreté du logement. Vraiment parfait !

Great base for a week exploring Paris with family. Nice, clean flat, close to transport routes and local amenities. responsive and accommodating host. It felt just right.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sogar größer, als wir aufgrund der Bilder erwartet hatten. Wir haben mehrere Wohnungen mit kleinen Kindern besucht. Was diese Wohnung besonders gut macht, ist das alles vorhanden ist (von Küchengeräten bis zu Spielzeug). Es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang von der Wohnung zur Metrostation. Es gibt auch mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe der Wohnung. Lauriane ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell. Insgesamt war es ein super Aufenthalt. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung für Familien, die Paris besuchen möchten.

Die Unterkunft von Julian ist Sehr empfehlenswert. Diese liegt zwar etwas weit von Paris entfernt aber mit der Regionalbahn ist man schnell da. Wir hatten da einen schönen Aufenthalt und würde diese bei der nächsten Gelegenheit noch einmal buchen. Merci Julien!

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Nice place and host was very helpful

The apartment was perfect, spotless and everything we needed. Also seemed bigger. Loved the patio area for sitting out. 5 minute walk to the metro station which was 2 stops from central Paris. We also visited stad de France, which was a close walk. Ness is a fantastic host, responded to messages promptly, and provided clear instructions for getting to the apartment, such a lovely person! 😊 thanks again Ness for a fabulous stay x

Very good stay, station about 8 mins walk, easy to get around. Nice neighbourhood and felt safe coming back and forth. Place is exactly like pictures. Will stay here again.

L'alloggio di Marika è ben tenuto con amore. È in una zona molto comoda con i mezzi che portano in centro città, molto servita. Siamo stati molto bene nell'alloggio. Marica è una host molto presente nel bisogno e con molti consigli da dare! Siamo stati davvero bene!
