Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Île-de-France

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

I came to find a quiet break, I was delighted! The space is extremely quiet. Simple decoration mixing ancient and modern ♥️ The room is bathed in light in the morning. Many walks to do nearby.

Actually, we ended up in Château-Landon by chance. We had booked the stay one day in advance for our return trip from Brittany, because another accommodation was canceled. We were delighted that it worked out so spontaneously. The reception was nice. The space and garden overlooking the valley are very beautiful and perfect for a few days. The hostess is nice and always available.

Everything was perfect. 😍 It was my first experience in an Airbnb and what a surprise it was to come across this magnificent accommodation with huge grounds and a beautiful large swimming pool, it clearly exceeded our expectations! The owners were really very welcoming and warm and their responsiveness was surprising. They gave us an onion and a watermelon with a little thyme to help us cook our dish, it was lovely of them. You quickly regret the moment when you have to start preparing your things to leave because you feel so good there! There is really everything you need for a pleasant stay and from start to finish, everything was perfect! Thank you very much to Christine and Gérard for hosting us, their kindness really touched us. I would definitely recommend this accommodation, hoping to be back very soon! ❤️

The apartment was clean, tidy and above all very well located close to transport and shops. Sara was very available and responsive. Whenever there was a little problem, she didn't hesitate to fix it quickly. We stayed in the accommodation for 4 days. Thanks also to Fatima for hosting us.

The accommodation is a little small but it is very sufficient for a 2/3 day stay. What's nice is that it's close to everything (train station, restaurant, supermarket, etc.). Very responsive hosts, even on Sundays.

Splendid setting, relaxing, a peaceful oasis with its beautifully maintained and very quiet garden. A place that keeps all its promises, rooms with beautiful volumes, all with beautiful decor. Great hospitality from Sandrine. I recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay here so much and really loved the apartment. Eric and Amélie really made us feel at home here. The apartment itself has everything: small kitchen & kitchen cookware/utensils, washer/dryer, kitchen table for 2 with a bottle of wine (thank you!), full bath, steamer to use, balcony to have meals on and a nice sized TV. Aesthetically it was also very pleasing and we enjoyed hanging out inside. There is a grocery store just across the street and a ton of restaurants around to eat at. This place has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Paris. You can also see the top of a Eiffel tower if you stand outside on the balcony. That was nice to see when it was lit up at night.

This was the first time I've ever rented an Airbnb. I am now ruined! But in a good way. My experience at Isabelle's place was just fantastic from beginning to end. Isabelle answered all my questions prior to arrival, and I had plenty. The actual apartment is exactly as it is depicted in the photos and the description. There were no surprises. The apartment was a great place for us to stay for nine nights. We so appreciated that there is a washing machine there. Made packing so much easier. The location was such a great discovery. We had been to two of the nearby restaurants, but had been there only in the evening, and never explored. The neighborhood is so vibrant, with loads of lovely cafes, restaurants, food shops (found a nice cheese and a nice ham place), two markets, and between two metro stops. We will mostly certainly return.

Maria and Thibaud’s home is an excellent choice for a few days in Paris. It's conveniently located, the apartment is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. Maria's service and prompt response are excellent; she's always available and gave us great advice and tips. We'll definitely be happy to return. Thank you!

Great stay at Charlene's place. Very cozy, functional and tastefully decorated. The balcony is also nicely furnished. A real exotic happiness while feeling at home.

Great place for a small family. You can easily get grocery operate the location and cook your own delicacies. The Franprix opposite the location closes at 9pm. Great experience. Transportation: Walkable train station, easy access to Notre Dame and the Eiffel

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Chic and very clean accommodation. Amazing bedding I was able to enjoy the outdoors which is great (garden furniture…). Point of vigilance on steep stairs to go up to the bedroom. Breakfast included with a jam roll as a nice touch. I highly recommend it.

Once again, perfect stay with everything we needed and Christelle was always extremely helpful, offering us to leave our bags on our last day and telling us not to worry about cleaning the apartment after we said our flight was early in the morning. I highly recommend!

Very courteous and very discreet host, very quiet and easily accessible location, a small terrace, a garden area with barbecue with an indoor pool available, a large supermarket less than two kilometers away, the only downside if I had to give one would be the shower area where a small shelf to put bath products would be missing, I recommend it!

We couldn't have hoped for a better Airbnb for a stay of 2 in Paris given our budget. Great value for money. The apartment is clean, we slept very well. All equipment is present, including a washing machine, a hair dryer. No need for sheets or towels, all this is provided. No problem when arriving or picking up the keys, the apartment is easy to find, less than 2 minutes from a metro station allowing you to reach directly or with a single connection any place in Paris. Françoise and Patrick are very welcoming, they offered us croissants, fruit and some fresh products on arrival and during the stay. They suggested very nice activities and took care of our laundry, allowing us to make the most of our stay. Thank you again for hosting us, our stay wouldn't have been so good without you. Looking forward to coming back.
