Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. This is how you can really enjoy your vacation in our cottage.

Relax, enjoy your enjoyment, be active and amazement! Concept vacation home with garden and seating on a sunny slope in relaxed surroundings with stunning views. The simplicity of the architecture invites to coziness, the imposing view from the huge window in the woods and mountain worlds conjures up relaxation. Trin is idyllic and quiet and yet extremely close to the ski/hiking/bike and climbing area on mountain lakes and world heritage (7 min to Flims, 10 min to Laax). The main town of Chur is a 15-minute drive.

5 rooms Swiss wooden Chalet in Laax

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Walserhaus " Althus" in Gün, Safiental GR

Our holiday home "Althus" is located in the Safiental in the hamlet of Gün and is a typical Walsehaus at 1600 m above sea level. It was built in 1701 and rebuilt in 1995 with the monument protection gently, practically and simply. Here you can relax wonderfully in the middle of nature. In spring, summer and autumn, hikes throughout the Safiental, visit to our farm, watching wild animals, colors of the wild meadows... In winter, it is great for ski tours, snowshoe hikes, or just enjoying.

Nature lovers! Tropical with waterfall view

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

The Stöckli is a large apartment on a beautiful farm in the Safiental GR on the sun terrace Tenna. It is comfortably furnished and suitable for families as well as couples and groups. The soapstone stove in the living room is loved by everyone. The views from the large terrace are unparalleled. Right at your doorstep, you can put on your hiking boots, ski touring skis or snowshoes and start walking. It is possible to use a sauna with a relaxation room for CHF 40.00

A breathtaking view of Lake Como. Completely renovated, surrounded by a 1,000 m² garden and equipped with a panoramic seasonal pool with counter-current swimming, free WiFi and free private parking. Among the services offered you will find a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom equipped with Hammam Turkish bath, emotional rain shower with Jacuzzi and chromotherapy, a living room with panoramic views of the lake and pool, flat-screen TV and DVD player.

We are easy to reach with public transport (2 min to the next stop "Trin Dorf", 2 runs every hour till late). The house is held in the style of 1900 and furbished in a simple but charming way. And if you fancy more attractions at some point we are only 10 min from Flims/Laax/Falera. You have plenty of options!

Baita dell'Est is located in Possabella, a hamlet of Mese just 5 km from the beautiful Chiavenna, at the gates of the Spluga Valley and Val Bregaglia just 50 km from St Moritz and 40 km from Lake Como. Surrounded by hiking trails and bike paths, at a height of 700m, with a breathtaking view towards the Southeast, it is the ideal starting point to discover Val Chiavenna or simply to relax surrounded by the silence of nature that reigns supreme in these places.

"Rifugio" Loft im alpine chic, ski in, ski out

Relax in this unique Rifugio. In 2020, a totally renovated 2 1/2-room apartment, whose interior design was completely redesigned. Converted into a loft with the finest materials (Valser granite, chateau parquet, lots of old wood, freestanding tub, iron fireplace open on two sides, designer fittings). With a protected patio and garden. Sunny, quiet location. Private entrance, sauna in the annex. Ski in, ski out or ski bus can be reached in three minutes.

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.
