5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Unser Ferienhaus "Althus" steht im Safiental im Weiler Gün und ist ein typisches Walsehaus auf 1600m.ü.M. Es wurde 1701 erbaut und 1995 mit dem Denkmalschutz sanft, praktisch und einfach umgebaut. Hier kannst du dich wunderbar inmitten der Natur erholen. Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst Wanderungen im ganzen Safiental, Besuch auf unserem Landwirtschaftsbetrieb, beobachten von Wildtiere,Farben der Wildwiesen... The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
