Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

Apartment in Obersaxen/Mundaun (Flond)

Welcome to Flond (Obersaxen/Mundaun), a centrally located village (5 min. from Ilanz) in the Grisons mountains. In summer hikes around the mountains, swimming in the surrounding lakes (Rufalipark, Davos Munts, Caumasee, Lake Crestasee) and the perfect place to relax. Mountain biking lovers are also provided, many great trails are waiting for you. In winter, beautiful ski slopes in the Obersaxen/Mundaun area are waiting for you and also a cross-country trail is right in the village.

The Stöckli is a large apartment on a beautiful farm in the Safiental GR on the sun terrace Tenna. It is comfortably furnished and suitable for families as well as couples and groups. The soapstone stove in the living room is loved by everyone. The views from the large terrace are unparalleled. Right at your doorstep, you can put on your hiking boots, ski touring skis or snowshoes and start walking. It is possible to use a sauna with a relaxation room for CHF 40.00

One-room studio above Lake Lucerne, RB

The apartment is located in a vacation home in a quiet location with a large garden directly above Lake Lucerne in historic central Switzerland and is close to the SwissHolidayPark leisure and spa complex in the Stoos ski and hiking area. The compact and functional apartment (22 sqm) has two comfortable single beds, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a private garden seating area. The vacation home is easily accessible by public transportation (train and bus).

We are easy to reach with public transport (2 min to the next stop "Trin Dorf", 2 runs every hour till late). The house is held in the style of 1900 and furbished in a simple but charming way. If you do love nature and the outdoor sports, and if you appreciate authentic village life rather than the beaten track we are the right place for you. And if you fancy more attractions at some point we are only 10 min from Flims/Laax/Falera. You have plenty of options!

Casa Lucia is located in the scenic village of Vercana, and will enchant you with its breathtaking views and infinity pool overlooking the lake. The apartment has air conditioning, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and an open kitchen equipped with everything you need. The living area, with a sofa bed and satellite TV, leads to the garden overlooking the lake where you can have lunch or simply relax in the sun.

The apartment is ideal for families with children, whether big or small, or for people with disabilities, as it is very spacious and everything is on one level. The large cozy terrace invites you to the back for a cozy dinner or just go down a bit. The playground & pump track as well as the ice rink can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. An outdoor swimming pool is right in the neighboring village.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
