Very nice place, clean and cozy with a nice view and easy walk to the beach. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to see Rome and doesnt like the overcrowded City-trouble.

The host's answer was a bit slow, but not overall bad. When you go to bed, you can hear the airport and trains, so if you are sensitive, be sure to wear earplugs. Have a nice trip!

Great Stay We’ve been to Ladispoli before however, this was the first time in Andrea’s apartment. It’s in the perfect location; close to railway station. (€11 from airport and just an hour away) Free parking in streets around apartment if using a car. Communication with Andrea was good and everything went to plan in gaining access to the apartment. The apartment is spacious; clean and as pictures. Well equipped and cosy. Quiet area and apartment block. Bed is extremely comfortable. Wifi worked well. There is nothing to say negative about this apartment, it met our needs and requirements and we’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to combine the city centre with the coast.

Great place by the beach! The hosts picked us up and made sure we had plans for travel to return to the airport. The hosts went out of their way to buy us breakfast that we could eat. The place looked much better in person than in the photos. The beach and supermarket was very close. Only problem we had is the WiFi didn’t work the entire 8 days we were there.

Raffaele and his sister took great care of us and even stayed up late to let us check in after we attended a wedding in their area. The place is super clean and so close to the beach! It was just as we expected and we want to come back and stay at their place again!

Good place for a beach holiday, 2 steps from the sea. Unique black sand on the beach! The original interior of the room. The owner is very hospitable, he met us on the next street when we were looking for a house. He was friendly, spoke about the sights. Rafael is a very nice, polite and considerate person. Thank you so much! We were also very lucky with our neighbors. Together we made an unforgettable trip to Rome! We so dreamed. And the museums were free that day, another good luck. I felt very comfortable in Raffaeles apartment and would recommend it at any time and come again myself. Ladispoli is a very relaxed little town at this time of year and the beach is quiet and beautiful. A small natural wonder with its black sand.

Everything was perfect.

Second time I am a guest at Raffaele's, a house very well placed with respect to the sea and a few minutes walk from the station. Around restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets and food stores. Neat and clean house, with everything you need to stay. I then find communication with Raffaele always fast and punctual.

There were some problems with the settlement, could not contact the owner, but otherwise everything was fine! Comfortable, clean apartment, near the beach, has everything you need, better than in the photo

Communication is very fast. I have been very kind and comfortable with no problems. The heater comes out well and there are a lot of towels.

Fast, easy and friendly communication! Perfect location! Good price. We were traveling with a small child and were pleasantly surprised - clean and fully equipped apartment! The only "-": the place is dark since all windows and the balcony looking into backyard/house, but it made us spending most of the day-time outside and enjoy sun what we actually came for. So the "-" turned to be "+" anyways. In general all together is just fine and balanced. We definitely can imagine to come back and stay even longer. Thank you!

I am looking for a way to get from the airport to the airport. it did not let me down. Ladispoli is a little beach town about 30 minutes outside Rome. Beautiful black sand beaches and lovely walkable downtown area with restaurants and shops. Vanessa's place is a building that is right next door to the beach. good parking, clean place, two bedrooms, one large and one medium. well-stocked kitchen and nice bathroom. really nothing more you could ask for. oh, and lovely hosts ----------------------------------------------- I chose this place to rest from a week and a half of travel in Italy which would not be too far from Fiumicino airport and which would be near the sea. did not disappoint me. Ladispoli is a seaside town about 30 minutes from Rome. Beautiful black sand beaches and beautiful pedestrian area in the center with restaurants and shops. Vanessa's place is an apartment in a building right next to the beach. good parking, clean place, two bedrooms, one large and one medium. well stocked kitchen and nice bathroom. really nothing more can be asked. oh and lovely hosts

The house is located in a quiet area near the sea, and the room is spacious and suitable for families or friends who are traveling together. The landlord is a person who loves to travel, and the people are very warm and thoughtful to introduce the surrounding environment and transportation to us, very nice!

Mario's house is perfectly located just far enough from Rome to get away from the tourist crowd, but close enough to stay there all day, and not dread the drive back! He has a book with attractions both in the local area and within 45 mins drive. The balcony was great and the kitchen table was perfect for all six of us!! Will definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Rome!

Beautiful house ... about 45min from Rome ... if you go by car better than taking 1 hour looking for parking. 8 minutes walk to the beach ... everything nice the room .. the comfortable room, the super functional kitchen ... private garage, excellent host ... thanks for everything.

This was our first time taking a Mediterranean cruise out of Rome. We definitely chose the perfect place to stay in Ladispoli. It was just 25 minutes to the Port. Mario’s place is perfect. It’s super clean and tidy. It has 3 nice bedrooms and 2 full baths and beautiful patio. You feel at home. We would definitely stay here again. Mario was very helpful in securing transportation for us to the port and back after the cruise. Mario, you’re a great host!

Absolutely clean and very comfortable home. 15 minutes walk to the beach, but for us it was a plus, because a walk along the main street of Ladispoli also introduces to Italian culture.

A beautiful new house, very well furnished and welcoming. The owner has thought of all the details for a good stay in crockery, bathroom and home in general. As for cleaning, the apartment is immaculate. Excellent location, close to the train and 5 minutes from the beach. Maurizio’s colourful house was the perfect space to spend a few days by the sea. There is a well equipped kitchen, cosy living space and a lovely bedroom. There is also a massive balcony to eat, read and relax - the space is great for two and people and only about a ten minute drive to local beaches. It is in a residential area but there is a train station nearby and shops and cafes are not far. We found Maurizio to be a kind and welcoming host and the apartment was unique, homely and really good value. We can’t wait to stay again!!

We had a great time in this apartment. It is located a stone's throw from the promenade and therefore from the beach. Excellent for walks without having to take the car. The apartment has all the necessary comforts for a family with small children (washing machine, cot, dishwasher) Claudio has always been very kind and answered any question or need in a very short time. The place is exactly as described: beautiful view of the sea, with gorgeous sunsets to enjoy. Claudio was a very good host. Communication was fine with his sweet wife, who came to accommodate us. The place is very nice, cozy and clean. I can only recommend this accommodation !!

Claudio is attentive and responsive, picked us up by car from the Ladispoli station which is nice with young children and suitcases. The apartment is well laid out, pleasant to live in and very well located, a few meters from a PUBLIC beach, which is appreciable considering the portions privatized by the restaurants. Rome is accessible almost at the price of a metro ticket, there is the pool if you do not want to go to the beach ... The only fault of our stay was to be too short!

I enjoyed my stay at Claudio's apartment. I cannot fault the property or the booking process. Communication with Claudio was very efficient. Unfortunately I did not get to meet claudio upon arrival however, his friendly mother was there to greet us and give us the keys. The place was very clean and had everything needed for self catering. The location is brilliant, a stones throw from the beach, bars and restaurants. With only a short walk to the train station getting you to and from Rome/airport in reasonable time. The balcony Is a nice addition, very spacious overlooking the sea. Great for relaxing! The only down side about my stay was the noise in evenings from the youngsters having parties as they were on thier term holidays. Claudio was also very accommodating when it came to checking out and let me keep my luggage in a safe place for a few hours until I left Ladispoli which I was very thankful for! Very cozy and clean apartment. It compactly placed everything you need for a comfortable stay (although a person of large build will be cramped in the shower). All furniture and equipment in good condition, the kitchenette has any utensils for cooking. Terrace is a delight! Very good location, 2 minutes to the beach, 1 minute to the shop, 10 minutes to the train station. It is quite quiet, you can not hear the noise from the public areas of the city. Communication with the host leaves a very pleasant impression, he is ready to help and answer all questions, always staying in touch.

Giorgio's apartment is really fantastic. I've been traveling a lot, and Giorgio's apartment was one of the nicest places I've been to. It looks even better then on the pictures :) It was super clean and has really everything you need for a perfect stay. The sea is super close, a lot of beautiful public beaches are nearby. Giorgio is a very nice host, he picked me up at the train station, provided water and coffee for me at the apartment, and was very flexible regarding the check-in and check-out. 100% recommendation!

Great experience at Giorgio's place in Ladispoli, the place is exactly as described, all the essentials were already there, good wi-fi, good kitchen with all utensils, dishes, pots and pans, good bathroom plenty of hot water, always found parking right in front (street), the location is SUPERB, the open air market is SUPERB, the town is very good, on the coast with train access if preferred, would definitely consider this town and ESPECIALLY THIS PLACE for our next stay in West-Central Italy.

we absolutely loved giorgio’s flat. it’s a great choice if you want the option of relaxing on the beach or visiting more touristy sites in Rome. Giorgio was an exceptional host - he met us at the train station, ensured we were settled in and checked in routinely throughout our stay. the only (minor) problem we had was with the wifi but other than that, everything was brilliant. would definitely visit again.

This place will be a good choice if you want to stay on the seashore and have a possibility to visit Rome every day. Let's start with the sea. It is a one-minute-walk from the house to the nearest beach (there are several free beaches in the town). We were in Ladispoli at the beginning of October but the sea was quite warm and clean. And the black sand on the beach was amazing. It is a ten-minute-walk from the house to the railway station. And a trip to Rome by train takes about 20 minutes. Well, to be more precise, you can get to Vatican (Roma San Pientro station) in 20 minutes. It takes about 40 minutes to get to Roma Termini. Not too long, anyway. And for God's sake, even under penalty of death, never use the train at 11:05 am! Any other option will be ok. The apartment is not posh and huge (however we did not intend to play soccer there) but still pretty nice and we had there all that we needed. Its main feature is a big balcony (or terrace) where you can enjoy a spectacular view of sea sunset, drinking wine. A supermarket and a farmers' market both are close at hand. Giorgio is a very conscientious and helpful host. We constantly kept in touch with him through Airbnb or SMS (mobile text messages) and he always was ready to help us or to give us a hint. We had great time living in Ladispoly. * * * Ми у захваті від свого перебування в Ладісполі і дуже вдячні нашому господарю Джорджіо. Він дійсно був на зв'язку зранку до глибокого вечора (вночі, на щастя, звертатися не довелося :)) і допомагав вирішувати будь-які проблеми і питання. Помешкання дуже зручне і просторе, високі стелі, багато світла. Але головне - простора тераса з видом на море, на якій ми просиджували всі вечори. До речі, там є ліхтарики, у яких свічки можна запалити навіть у вітер :) До моря - 2 хвилини пішки; на початку жовтня купалися майже щовечора, повертаючись із Рима. Також за 2-3 хвилини ходу супермаркет, базар з овочами-фруктами, м'ясом, рибою і цілодобовим автоматом з продажу молока. Ну і, звісно, кафе, ресторани, піцерії, желатерії (крамниці морозива) - містечко курортне, є заклади на будь-який смак. До Рима дуже зручно їздити електричкою (уникайте тільки тої, що на 11.05 - вона одноповерхова і завжди запхана!). Йти до станції менше 10 хвилин, за 20 хв. потяг доїжджає до Сан-П'єтро (найближча зупинка до Ватикану), за 40 - до вокзалу Терміні, від якого пішки чи автобусом можна дістатися основних туристичних місць. Ще за півгодини доїдете до аеропорту "Ф'юмічіно", Джорджіо все пояснить :) Одним словом, highly recommended :)

I am from NY and I had been in Rome for over a month on a working vacation when I decided for my last week in Italy to visit the beach. I booked Giorgio's place not knowing what to expect and when he offered to personally take me to Ladispoli I was very very happy. Giorgio was the most charming host I have ever met through AirBnB. He picked me up in his car and we drove to the train station and from there we rode together to Ladispoli. I had no realized that the beach was so close to Rome (20min by train) and I was beyond enchanted by the small town, the friendly people, the small lively squares that were so Italian and the cleanliness of the small commune. Giorgio's apartment was so charming as well. It had a wonderful balcony, was only a minute to the beach, very quiet and very clean with everything I needed and I worked on my laptop with a picturesque view of the sea. A Carrefour supermarket was another 2min away, an open farmer's market, restaurants, pizzerias, carousels and trendy shops were also all minutes away. I could not have chosen an apartment and a location so perfect for my last week in Italy. My last day Giorgio offered to drive me to the train station and even helped me to buy my ticket back to Rome. I had an absolutely wonderful stay in Ladispoli mainly thanks to Giorgio and will definitely return on my next visit to Rome. A huge thank you to Giorgio for making my last week in Rome enchanting.

We spent three nights at Sandra's apartment. From the first contacts, the host proved to be collaborative and very kind. The day of our arrival, since she could not come in person, made us welcome by a relative, very kind and thorough. The house was very clean, ready and was fully stocked: with very clean towels and carefully packaged with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel ... from clothes pegs to hang clothes to kitchen utensils ... in short, everything ... Sandra welcomed us with some details that make the difference: two bottles of water at our disposal, powdered coffee and jams, candies and even a Halloween pumpkin with candies for our daughter and a little car for the little one. He even prepared a cot for the little one ... Very welcome free wifi that works great. The apartment is very central, two minutes walk from the main avenue and five minutes from the sea. Holiday organized at the last moment and honestly I have to say that I found myself really well. For four people it's really perfect. The kitchen is super-equipped, as is the bathroom. The rooms are clean and have certainly been recently renovated. ten minutes walk from the sea. comfortable

First the location: it is in a quiet street perpendicular to the main street (one minute walk). The beach and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. The train station is 4 minutes walk (train to Rome in 30 min.) The reception: Sandra asked Marina, who speaks French, to come and greet us. She explained everything to us The apartment: very clean and well equipped: full of utensils for cooking ... Ultra fast internet to watch a series at night. A room with a large bed and plenty of storage A dining room where is installed the second bed. Modern bathroom and very clean. In the possible improvements: - a garden table to put in the yard in front of the house because in summer it is late day and it's nice to eat outside - a larger oven for those who like to cook (for us it was not useful) Conclusion: very good stay and we will not hesitate to return to Sandra

The house is very beautiful and bright, and has a spacious and panoramic balcony from which you can see the sea, reachable in less than 5 minutes on foot. Within a few meters there are several shops. At a slightly greater distance (10 minutes at most, always walking) there are others. It is not necessary therefore to take the car to do the shopping, unless you have special needs. Overall, the location is excellent. Jacopo is very kind and helpful. I would therefore say that I absolutely recommend this apartment!

Strategic and precise structure, very welcoming and magnificent view

We had such an incredible week of vacations just next to the beach in this lovely apartment. Gianin was really helpful, she offered us any kind of need we wanted, she left some wine for our arrival, recommended us some things around the area and she brought us many fruit! The apartment was really clean. Gianin droped us in the station when we left. We would of course come here again!

Gianin was very generous and helpful always asking whether everything is OK. Apartment was very clean. The fridge was equipped with large set of beverages and a huge portion of fruits. Another time we received home made Italian cakes. Gianin also lent us umbrella, sunbeds and kids swimming equipment for the beach, which is right in front of the house. We were very satisfied.

Roberta's house is very nice and has the necessary items to have a good stay. The hostess welcomed us personally and informed us about the handling of the equipment, as well as throughout the time we were there, she was always available to answer any questions. The town of Ladispoli is very beautiful and very quiet, with well-kept streets and beautiful beaches. Around Roberta's house are pharmacies, small convenience stores and a 24/7 supermarket (closed on public holidays). Good restaurants are located along the city's main artery, which we reach in no more than a five-minute walk. Finally, the space offered by Roberta is a great option on this platform, especially for those looking to explore Rome's attractions while staying close to the city but outside the turmoil of major cities.

I booked Roberta's apartment for my aunts, in Italy for a wedding, and it was exactly as described on the airbnb website: beautiful, bright, comfortable, very clean, just 5 minutes walk from both the sea and the central course which is full of shops, bars and restaurants. Roberta personally welcomed her aunts on arrival and allowed her to leave her luggage before check-in time. He also left complimentary breakfast products; has shown attention to detail that makes the difference.

Rested in Italy from April 8 to April 14 with a friend and her child (2 years). Looking for cheap apartments with kitchen and two bedrooms. We really liked this option, excellent spacious apartments, with a cozy living room, two small bedrooms, two balconies, one of which can be very nice to sit in the evening and drink wine) The kitchen is small, but everything you need is the only one missing a kettle. For the price - a great option! Roberta is a very pleasant hostess, we corresponded on Vocs, if we were interested in everything, we gave out a second set of keys. Since we arrived later than the check-in time, we asked our friends to pick up the keys from Roberta, there were no questions. They left, on the contrary, before, just left the keys on the table. Very good location, in the center of Ladispoli, next to a bunch of shops, got to the artichokes holiday;) Rome is quite easy to reach by train (7-10 minutes of quiet walking), using the Trainit application to track schedules, go 1-2 times per hour go from 40 minutes to an hour). The sea is 5 minutes away, the beach with black volcanic sand, in the summer with children in general is gorgeous! We will recommend to friends! I have been in Italy for 2 years. Looking for cheap apartments with kitchen and two bedrooms. It was a nice day for you to drink. Good value for money! Roberta is a very pleasant hostess. Since there was a visit, there were no questions. Will recommend to friends!

We had the best time staying with Rosanna and her family. Her house is beautiful! So stylish, so unique and of course very clean. She waited for us even though our flight was delayed and we arrived very late. Rosanna was helpful about things to do around Ladispoli, we could count on her advise. We had our own space in the attic room which was cosy and private. We had everything we needed. We could use the kitchen and the beautiful porch in front. Rosanna has two of the cutest dogs which we played with everyday and they made our stay even more special. I highly recommend staying with Rosanna if you're close to Rome, you will not regret it!

Great place to stay, not far from Rome (30-40 min by train to termini station) and close to the beach area( 10-15 min walk). I had everything I needed and Rosanna and her daughter were very helpful, the house is beautiful and clean. Would definitely recommend this place to stay if you want to combine resting at the beach and visiting Roma.

Nice spacious and quiet ground level apartment between train station and beach (5-10 mins walk). Good WiFi and even English channels on TV. Comfortable beds and nice relaxing space on a balcony/terrace outside. 3mins walk to a supermarket. Hosts are very nice and were kind enough to wait for our arrrival way longer than what was agreed. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment is light with the new TV and cable channels. We arrived earlier and we were met earlier than it is written in the rules without any problems. It was pleasantly. There are a soap and a shower gel for 2-3 days using in the apartment. If you plan to spend there longer time you shoud take it with you. Also the shower cabin is to small for the people who like big space. In general the apartment is good and we hope to came back next year.

Very comfortable, cozy and clean house. The perfect conditioner for these summer temperatures. Despite being a first floor the stairs are not heavy even with suitcases. Alessandro a wonderful and helpful person. The apartment is excellent for both short and long periods.

A great location near Rome! If you want to visit Rome and also experience the beach this is a perfect choise. Very reasonable price and all the rooms nice and clean. Easy to get from Ladispoli to Rome by train, direct to Vatican or Termini or Trastevere. (train ticket only 3 euros per adult). The appartment works really well for kids too. Nice, safe and peaceful area.

The place is very clean and Alice was very kind with us. The town is so calm and it is not far from Rome by train (one-way ticket is 3.60 euro). Alice supported us in all. Her husband also was kind with us and used his car to drop us in train station.

Housing is good. One minus: go to the sea on a safe road past the station for 40 minutes. But in the description of this honestly stated. The place itself is very quiet. Around the two-story villas. There are few people on the beach. When the sea is calm: transparent, when the wind: accordingly, no, because the beaches are sandy. You can pick up beautiful seashells home. In walking distance are two shops Soor and Eurospin (900 meters from the apartment). Food prices are cheaper at Eurospin, quality is good in both stores. It is better to buy wine in Soor: the choice is greater and the quality is better. On the way to Soor, 600 meters away there is a market where it is better to buy vegetables (cheaper and tastier), there is also a cheese shop from local production: reasonable prices. Next to Eurospin is a cantina, where you can buy local wine, both bottled and bottled (2 euro liter). I didn’t buy a bottle, I tried all three types in bottles: I didn’t like it. In general: I recommend these apartments for living.

Quaint studio in a great location near the beach and the train station.

The studio is really small, but cute, and every little corner is used in the best way possible, so you really have enough space for two. We spent some good days there. The mattress seems very soft in the beginning, but was quite comfortable for sleeping. If you have to get up in the night to pee, the ladder is a little challenge, but that would not keep me from coming back. Alice left us 2 bikes in front of the door; although they are quite old, they were extremely helpful. With the bikes it takes 10 to 20 min to the beach - depending on where you want to go. There's a public beach close to the ruin of Torre Flavia (you will find directions in a little booklet Alice provides for her guests), it's the closest and it's really beautiful, with palm trees and plants in the sand. Unfortunately, I need to shower after swimming in salt water, so we went looking for a beach club or something like that and found La Baia. There you can swim in the sea, shower (for a fee of 20 Cents), get drinks and food and sunbeds and umbrellas. Only the next day we understood that we would have had to pay for the sunbeds and umbrella... which we did then in another beach club, Lemon Beach. 22 Euros for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella. Quite expensive, I found, but better than at the fancy Six Beach House, where we would have to pay 25 Euros and could only use the very last row of sunbeds, although many others were free. Last but not least: About 15 min walking or 5 by bike there is the main square with a lot of restaurants - I strongly recommend Madre Pinsa; we also liked the catch of the day - a whole fish for 20 Euros - at Ristorante La Brace, close to the apartment.

Alice’s place was amazing for our stay. She greeted us at our arrival and took the time to explain to us how everything in the apartment works, and gave us some local tips. The location is only 20 mins walk from the train station and 30 mins from the beautiful beach. The apartment itself has everything you need (kitchen & cooking essentials, nice bathroom, sitting space). While other reviews say that the place is small, it is very well organized and we found ourselves very comfortable. Lastly, we were extremely happy to find that the bed is extremely comfortable and the apartment has great air conditioning. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay not too far from Rome, and by the sea. Thank you Alice!

Nice and clean room with very nice (handcrafted?) accessories. The kitchen is equipped with all basic necessities. Beware that the parking might not always be available (check with Raffaele in advance), but there is street parking near by. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great summer accommodation for relaxing on the sea. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 4-storey building, the entrance is separate. There is a small common courtyard where you can park a car. In the rooms (at 28 ° C on the street) it is not hot, because ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, a large gas stove, microwave, washing machine, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil. The bathroom also has everything you need. Two turns to the left of the gate - exit to the ring. To the right of the ring will be a Carrefour supermarket, to the left through the bridge there will be a EuroSpin supermarket (cheaper there). To the right of the gate - exit to the fountain, behind it, passing the carousel, there is a market (fruits, vegetables, seafood). We apologize to the owners for not paying attention to the time of the eviction, Sorry !!!

I had the best vacation in my life. The host is a very kind person, and the flat is fantastic, clean, confortable, cosy, and there is the most beautiful view on the sea that I've ever seen. Located immediately near the beach, in a place where you can find everything you need, bars, shops of all types, restaurants etc. Vote 9,5. (not 10 because there is no WIFI, but the problem is easily solvable buying a 15 or 30 GB sim card, wich are not expensive and you can use them almost immediately). I'll certainly stay here everytime I'll visit Italy, as for me, nothing could be better!

Convenient apartment on the 6th floor of an apartment building (with lift!), immediately after the lungomare (boulevard). Very nice view over the sea, from the two balconies. We were very kindly received by Marco's father. Good quiet place to stay near Rome, the necropolis of Cerveteri, Ostia, and some friendly restaurants along the lungomare (dinner with sea view).
