Aurora - spacious duplex apartment

This is really unique property, very spacious and very private; 130m2 house with a small garden. To get there you should walk up 97 stairs,but you want be disappointed when reach the house. Its superb location,just 3 minutes walking distance from Old Town is surpassed only by the spectacular views from its large terrace and balcony. On the ground floor there is large, confortable living room,a full eat-in kitchen,and a bathroom with bath tub.The living room opens onto a large terrace equipped with table and chairs. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor which consists of two bedrooms;master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony,and 1 guest room.Bedroom 1 is with air condition and the king size bed.Bedroom 2 has acces to the balcony,a fen and a queen size bed.There is also a day bed in the living room that can sleep 1guest. .
