The apartment is 150 meters away from the sea and the promenade Lapad Bay and the beach. The studio apartment is located on the Lapad peninsula. To get to the promenade and the beach, you have to go down about 160 steps, in Dubrovnik it is unfortunately impossible to avoid stairs. There are many restaurants, beaches, cafes and shops nearby and it is 5 minutes away from the bus station to the Old Town.
