Place was fantastic for a peaceful stay for the whole family in beautiful surroundings but still having immediate access to local shops/restaurants/boat trips and simple/cheap access to the city. Host was exceptionally welcoming and communicated really well before and during. Very accommodating for flight delays, very welcoming on arrival and arranging brilliant (and cheap!) trips to local sights. Strongly recommend.

Wow. The place! The host! All magnificent! We were arriving very late and they graciously got us a few groceries to have for our arrival. Very communicative and flexible. Located a short drive from Dubrovnik with stunning views of the water and bridge. Beds were comfy, equipped with everything you need to make a meal. This villa was incredibly spacious, stunning pool area and third floor hot tub with lovely views day or night. For night time it was nice to have movie night (it rained) so having smart TVs in nearly all the rooms was awesome. Great little cafe a stones throw away and a wonderful bistro just behind the villas. The gym was well used! Do not hesitate to book! Would return in a heartbeat! Thank you Igor for a fantastic stay!

It‘s a great house in a beautiful spot. Acctually these are two houses with lots of space and a huge terrain. It‘s hilly but that makes the charme. You‘ll have 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms plus 2 kitchen/livingrooms, a poolhouse, at least 4 different spots outside with tables from 4 to 12+ places. It is fully equipped, which means EVERYTHING you might need is there. So it really values it‘s price - which isn‘t allways the case in other houses. From the full-flegde kitchen (sharp knives!) to the appliances an even the bedrooms with it‘s extra blanquets and a abubdance of towels. We were two families with 10 Persona in total and there was room for even more. The kids spend days exploring the terraced garden. The view from up there is breathtaking. You‘ll find yourselve 2mn above the coastal highway, maybe 25 Minutes to Dubrovnic and 30 to Ston. The next shopping is about 10-15 Minutes away. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. The answered all our questions immediatly. Everything was litterally as described.

Amazing stay, beautiful views. The apartment was clean, the terrace was the real stand out. All the beds were very comfy. Calm and peaceful beach a few minutes away. Would highly recommend !

Great stay! Quiet village with a beautiful arboretum. We took the bus to Dubrovnik so we didn’t have to worry about parking. Kitchen is well stocked and the host is super helpful and friendly.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in the Dubrovnik area! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was immaculately clean, spacious, and incredibly well-stocked — from kitchen essentials to pool towels, everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided. The amenities were top-notch: a gorgeous private pool, comfortable lounging areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of towels for everyone. Every detail was clearly considered to make guests feel at home. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the outstanding customer service. The hosts were warm, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable — offering local tips and accommodating our requests. Their hospitality made the experience feel so personal and special. The location was perfect too — peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from Dubrovnik’s Old Town and stunning beaches.

The accommodation totally matches the description. the environment is exceptional, the sea view from the terrace, the bedroom and the pool is extraordinary. Marija is always available, offering us a very nice boat trip and we have or enjoy the figs from the garden! i would totally recommend this place

A nice apartment, well located, well-equipped and with a beautiful view. A bedroom has a shutter system. But the other one is missing. The kids were woken up early by the sun. We recommend!

Luigi’s place is beautiful, elegant and everything you want in a vacation. The pool was super clean and warm. We enjoy every minute we spent there. Luigi was extremely helpful and responsive. We will come back to this place.

We had such a wonderful time. The apartment is very cute and beautifully decorated. It’s very private and the outdoor space that goes with the apartment ties it all together. From the seating area outside you can enjoy an amazing view of the sea and the harbor with the most beautiful sunsets. Natalia was always there if we needed something and responded immediately. She gave us many great tips and really stood out with how friendly and caring she was. We would definitely come again!

Absolute perfection! If you look at the pictures and read the other reviews - trust them! Everything is very accurate. The hosts are incredibly kind and discrete and helpful, the views are out of this world, the location is simply one of the very best. The only type of visitor I would caution is someone who has mobility issues or a family with several toddlers who may want to run around the pool or steep staircase. We loved the access to the fresh clean sea, the heated pool, the warm outdoor shower, the sauna shower, the natural swimming pool near the harbour, the neighborhood coffee/lemonade up the walkway, the free parking, the peaceful atmosphere, the proximity to the sights … we cannot wait to come back!!

We had a really wonderful week at this apartment- we are a family of 6 including a toddler and a baby. It was fantastic to have use of the swing set and the private pool. The home is comfortable and clean, with amazing views - we loved eating out on the terrace. A cot was provided which was helpful and lots of towels! Would highly recommend staying here- it is walkable to Lapad if you don’t mind a hill or you can get the bus easily.

Excellent place to stay if you have good knees and want to experience the walled city. There are lots of steps before you get to the building then just a few to get to the apartment. It was cosy. Two bathrooms was a hit with the family. We weren’t inside much because of the excitement of getting out in Dubrovnik. The only drawback was the door of the master bedroom needed to be open to let in the a/c. Like on the listing, the disco makes noise until the wee hours - except on Sunday night! We were so tired it did not matter. We would definitely return on another trip to Dubrovnik.

We loved this place. We came on a girls trip and this place excelled our expectations. The location was ideal, far enough outside Dubrovnik city that it was quieter and not as tourist-y, down some steps and you’re right at the waters edge a few minutes more and you get to a beautiful beach. The opposite way you can walk to the old town. The place itself had a lovely garden for sunbathing or just hanging out. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials like salt and pepper as well as plenty of breakfast stuff. We really appreciated this. There’s also a supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. Ivan met us and was so helpful and gave us some top tips for the area. We would come back here in a heartbeat. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this place.
