This is a GREAT location and a fantastic little apartment on the Stradun. It is easy to get to, and a great central location to explore the Old Town. Very clean, very modern, fantastic shower and amenities. Easy walk to anywhere. Bonus points for having the ability to open the shutters looking down on the Stradun and people watch. We will return to stay here on our next trip to Dubrovnik.
A covered terrace showcases comfortable seating with soft cushions, accompanied by a coffee table displaying books and decorative plants. White drapes billow lightly in the breeze, while vibrant flowers add color to the space, capturing views of the surrounding area and clear blue sky.

Comfortable Apartment Gravosa

It was JUST PERFECT. Absolutely the best bnb ever during entire trips. I stayed there with my family and all of them were so completely happy to stay at Maria's place. It was really clean, cozy, and every utensil was so clean and ready to use. There was nothing we needed more. We had wonderful memories there. Even though it takes some time to get to the old town, Monika place is perfect to go if you are looking for cozy place in Dubrovnik.

Secret Garden Apartment in a Villa

SerenaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The location can’t be beat! 10 min walk to the old town, unbelievable views, everything you need close by. Beach at the bottom of the stairs. Warning that there are a lot of stairs and they are quite steep so anyone with mobility challenges or health risks should be aware, particularly in the heat of summer. There is some night time noise from the bars and beach club but not enough to be a problem. The apartment is very spacious, old world and charming. All the basics for a comfortable stay. The outdoor terraces are private, shaded and lovely. While the apartment does not have parking we were able to reserve a spot close by at a private parking on the street above. 2 Air conditioning units are only in the master bedroom and main living area. Other bedrooms have fans. This was sufficient in mid June to keep all areas of the apartment comfortable. It was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy Dubrovnik.
A spacious terrace features white outdoor furniture arranged comfortably, with soft cushions providing relaxation options. Warm lanterns create a gentle glow against the backdrop of the tranquil sea and distant islands, inviting guests to enjoy the peaceful evening atmosphere.

Sea & Stone Apartment 1

MichaelRating, 5 stars95 months ago
The location is amazing. Luka is very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of steps down from the car parking area to the apartment which are quite steep but the apartment is then very close to the sea. The apartment has very basic accommodation which suited us but some may prefer a little more luxury ( we have commented that a toaster is required). Ideal position between Dubrovnik and the smaller bays such as Zaton, Ston and Slano.

Luxury Apartment Sorgo Cerva - Dubrovnik Old Town

DanaRating, 5 stars20 months ago
After staying at several different Airbnb’s all over, this one actually matched the pictures. It was clean, well-stocked, and very well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and it was a bright and lovely apartment. We can’t wait to come back again!! The location was fabulous and being in the city walls was so fun. It’s on the third floor which was super manageable compared to some streets that had lots of stairs. The host was proactive in sending us great recommendations of activities and restaurants and even made a point to reach out to arrange something specific at a local restaurant for us, which was so amazing. Thanks for a wonderful few days in Dubrovnik:)

Apartments Villa Peragro - One Bedroom Apartment (LJUBIČASTI)

TimRating, 5 stars1 month ago
After spend a great week exploring Dubrovinik I’d have to say our stay at Villa Peragro was exceptional. Check in was smooth and informative, the accommodation is immaculate and stylish. The shared outside space is an oasis of calm, the loungers are super comfy and the pool offers wonderful views over the town. The old town is a 20min walk with sea views along the way, alternatively the bus stop is a 1 min walk with buses running every 25mins to midnight. The nearest beach is about a 10min walk too. Thank you so much Karolina, we both loved our stay and will be recommending Villa Peragro to friends and family. Wishing you all the best and hope to come back to stay one day in the future, Tim & Charlie

Very nice accommodation. There was everything you needed for a couple of days in Dubrovnik. Had the pool all to ourselves! You can reach the old town in about 15-20 minutes. However, very, very many steps down to the city. Nice host who tipped us off to a lot of good things! Free parking! Will gladly come back!!

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was spacious and practical😉 The host was very helpful and gave us good instructions. They arranged taxi back and forth from the airport, and that was very pleasant. The apartment is close to the beach and restaurants. It’s only a ten minute bus ride to Dubrovnik old town (2,5 euro).

Deluxe Apartment for 5 people Tabain in Mlini

VanessaRating, 5 stars36 months ago
One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The hosts live on site and were very attentive and helpful. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms which had air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. There was also a full sized kitchen. The balcony was the length of the property so 3 of us could sit out easily and enjoy the view of the sea. The supermarket was a 15 minute walk. The beach was 10 mins walk through the trees and down some steep steps and the bus stop for the bus to Cavtat and Dubrovnik was a 3-5 minute walk. The apartment is well positioned to explore this part of Croatia and, with plenty of sun loungers and a pool, it was great for relaxing. The bars and restaurants are along the seafront so just a short walk. There was also a great restaurant across the road. The owners were lovely and very considerate and the whole place was very clean.
