The apartment is situated at the top of the house, it is perfectly romantic for the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. We offer accommodation which consists of one apartment, 50 m2 large (suitable for 2+2) with an amazing sea and Old Town view. It has 1 bedroom ( double bed), living room ( couch - made into 1 double bed), kitchen, bathroom, and 2 balconies. Apartment is situated above the historical center of Dubrovnik in the residential area called Ploce, only 300 m walk from the entrance of the Old Town and approximately 5 minutes by foot from the most famous beach in Dubrovnik called "Banje"-pebble beach with a great cocktail bar, restaurant, water sports and a nightclub. Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price. We are always happy to assist our guests with their needs. All guests can use the whole apartment for themselves, its two balconies and the private garage. I would be happy to provide any information and help! The apartment is situated in Ploce district offering amazing Old Town and sea view. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and perfect for morning running or for night walks. Old Town is just few minutes walking distance, as well as the closest beach and many restaurants. The name says it all at this bright, sunny 2-bedroom apartment located at only 150m from the entrance to the Old town's 3-5 minutes walking distance. Guests also have the option of reaching the apartment from the street above, /requiring only a 30 step descent/. Apartment has a beautiful view on the Old town, sea and fortress of St Laurence. In the vicinity of the apartment there are beautiful beaches where you find all tourist services that you need. De luxe hotel Hilton is situated at only 100 m from apartment. Apartment has 65 m2 , and is intended for 4 persons, and consists of: 2 bedrooms with double beds, big living room , kitchen and bathroom. Both two rooms are sunny and with a beautiful view of the sea and Old town.
