The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. This is really unique property, very spacious and very private; 130m2 house with a small garden. To get there you should walk up 97 stairs,but you want be disappointed when reach the house. Its superb location,just 3 minutes walking distance from Old Town is surpassed only by the spectacular views from its large terrace and balcony. On the ground floor there is large, confortable living room,a full eat-in kitchen,and a bathroom with bath tub.The living room opens onto a large terrace equipped with table and chairs. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor which consists of two bedrooms;master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony,and 1 guest room.Bedroom 1 is with air condition and the king size bed.Bedroom 2 has acces to the balcony,a fen and a queen size bed.There is also a day bed in the living room that can sleep 1guest. .

This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment).
