The apartment is situated in a single-story annex adjacent to the main building which houses four more rental units that share a communal swimming pool, open from May to October. Additionally, there is a terrace next to this apartment with a BBQ that all of our guests can use, including those staying in this apartment. The studio is located in the business heart of Dubrovnik. A ten-minute walk from the central bus station and port. Five-minute ride by bus to the Old town from the bus station just outside of the building. Newly built in 2021, high-speed internet is perfect if you have to work while traveling. Also, a bus station where the shuttle bus to the airport stops. It is surrounded with restaurants, cafe bars, shopping centers, a local produce marketplace, and a fresh fish market.
