The historical Old town with all the important sights is an easy 15 minute walk from the apartment and for anyone who does not prefer walks, a bus stop is located just 5 minutes from the apartment with bus lines to the Old town every 10 to 15 minutes. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *

The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

Studio apartment - The apartment is centrally located in the Dubrovnik port. It is on the first floor and has everything you need. There are good restaurants, domestic market with fresh groceries and fish from local fishermen in the vicinity. The main bus station is just across it and local bus station in three minutes walk from it. The Old City is half an hour walk from the apartment. The apartment has one real bed and one sofa which can be made into bed for one.
