Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rome

Maria was so kind and helpful. If you are considering booking, do it!! She will help you with anything at all that you may need. I messaged her about a flight concern and before we knew it she stopped by to help us out. Additionally, she helped me figure out how to travel around Rome, with a taxi company she works with that comes to the airport and takes you there for only $25. The space is very nice with a comfortable bed, the AC gets nice and cold in the summer, and the water gets nice and hot. If you need to cook, do laundry, or anything during your stay it is all ready for you.

My friend and I are so glad we stayed here. We got into FCO at 9pm and this was the perfect place to stay close by. The place was in great condition and Lucilla was so helpful. Her mum checked us in and was so lovely, she made our arrival so much more special. Would highly recommend this to anyone flying into FCO. Easy to find, great dinner at Cielo nearby and a lovely walk.

Superbe appartement situé à deux pas de la mer. L'appartement est impeccable, propre, bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. La seule chose à considérer est que les rideaux des chambres ne sont pas opaques, ce qui peut laisser entrer la lumière tôt le matin. Mais autrement, tout était parfait! Federica a été très polie, réactive et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous recommandons sans hésiter! ******** Beautiful apartment just steps from the sea. The space is spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The only thing to keep in mind is that the bedroom curtains are not blackout, so the rooms can get bright early in the morning. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Federica was polite, quick to respond, and always available for any questions. We would definitely recommend this place!

Great place to stay in Fiumucino! On a quiet back street but minutes from all river front restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and were great to work with when our flights changed. Hosts have reasonable airport transpertation avalable. The space is small but we'll arranged and squeaky clean. A nice bakery closeby was great for warm breakfast pastries. We stumbled accross town of Fiumucino last year when train strike caused us to travel a day earlier. Much nicer to stay in this closeby town instead of airport hotel!

Sehr persönliche und freundliche Übergabe mit Tipps und Anregungen. Die Lage war großartig alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Wenn wir nach Rom kommen hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen

I traveled with my family, and this was the perfect place for us to rest, and enjoy the city, short walk to downtown, and very close to a bus stop if you wanted to get anywhere in Rome, quiet neighborhood but still very close to a supermarket, bar, bakery and everything you needed

Marco was great and his place was perfect!! The place was great and in such an amazing location. Marco was very responsive and super helpful and we had so much fun. The showers drain a bit slower since it’s an old building but we just adjusted to that! Will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Rome. The six of us felt so comfortable and had such an amazing stay.

Cannot say enough good things about this adorable apartment! We were able to check in a few hours early, which was greatly appreciated after a long morning of travel. The apartment is perfect for two people, with the location being ideal to walk to the sites but the unit feeling safe and private. We truly loved it and would highly recommend!

Esperienza molto positiva: l'appartamento è davvero bello e completo di ogni accessorio e comfort per un soggiorno anche prolungato. Unico nostro errore è l'aver deciso di cenare fuori casa, quando sul terrazzo avremmo potuto godere di una bellissima vista del tramonto sul mare. Assolutamente consigliato anche per la gentilezza e la disponibilità degli host. Super :)

Nostromondo’s place was in a great neighborhood and was very spacious. It was very easy to get in touch with the host in advance of arriving in Rome and we were able to arrange a time to check in soon after we arrived. The host was very responsive throughout our stay, including when there was a clog in the shower drain, which she promptly worked to resolve while we were out on our daily tours. Overall a great stay in Rome, and would recommend for others!

Great jump off spot for our Roman adventure. Trastevere is all they say. Vibrant friendly and walkable. Cab driver made a mistake at drop off but Jaime was available immediately via phone and got us right. Highly recommend.

We arrived in Rome and our driver easily found the apartment. We loved the immediate neighborhood and Trastevere as a whole. Great restaurants nearby, especially right downstairs, and close enough to Rome’s attractions without being in the center of all the tourists. We had great communication with the hosts though we didn’t have any problems. Would definitely go back.

Loved our time in Rome. Fabulous location close to Termini station, easy walking distance to attractions, shops, restaurants and cafes. It was the perfect place for us!

A nice apartment, perfect for two people. The apartment was nicely furnished, making you feel at home. We used the small balcony a lot. Tomasso is a very kind and helpful host.

Alice’s place is exactly what you see in the pictures . Great location , walking distance to Pantheon , Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona . Many great places to eat . A few meters walk to a Carrefour Express and Pharmacy . The place is clean and the attention for checking inn was great ! Plus it has a lift ! ( unusual for old buildings)

Such a wonderful stay! Easy to find great local spots given the location is in a lively area. Hope to stay here again next time we visit!

Right from the beginning, the hosts were so helpful and provided us with brilliant information about how to get to the apartment, places to eat and what to do. The apartment is clean, very comfortable, well- equipped and in an excellent location. It was a spacious oasis for us after a day exploring the city. The hosts are friendly and so kind in every way. Here’s review: We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Rome. The apartment was located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a lovely escape from the busy city center. It was walking distance to all of the major tourist sights like trevi fountain and pantheon. It was about a 20/30 min taxi to Vatican. The space had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond and ready with great recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely recommend.

We felt at home in Andreas’s home. We didn’t want to leave and a huge part of that was due to this home. The AC works great which was exactly what we needed after being in the heat all day. The bed was super comfortable. I would highly recommend this place!

This place is awesome. It’s so much bigger than the pictures convey. It’s obviously right by the Colosseum, but bus lines to anywhere you’d need to get are right outside your door too. Also don’t miss the Basilica of San Clemente that’s a block away. It was better and emptier than most of the typical tourist spots we went to. Stefano was very responsive and helpful. The rooftop is incredible and everything was so comfortable (including beds and A/C).
