Vacation rentals with a balcony in Rome

Very well located apartment and as it appears in the description and photos. Luca was very friendly and helped us with everything. Highly recommended to spend a few days in Rome! We'll be back!

My mom had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating—she felt very welcomed from the start. Everything was explained clearly, which made her stay easy and comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to everything she needed. Overall, the hosts were truly lovely and made her feel right at home. We’re very grateful and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Superb location, also very quiet - really loved staying here. Price is high, but seems in line with the rest of Rome which is an expensive tourist designation. Colosseum, Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain all in walking distance.

We loved every aspect of Ginevra's place. High ceilings, spotless, functional, classic style, great balcony, breezy, great location... I could go on. If we come back to Rome, we'd love to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Lovely appartment and clean with everything we needed. The location was perfect, could walk to pretty much anything we visited. Marco was very quick to communicate with us if we needed assistance and extremely helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was convenient to get to the center, there was access to buses and metro. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a nice interior. We were there together and it was very spacious. The owner of the apartment was always in touch with us and responded within a couple of minutes. Also, at the entrance we were met by a nice girl who explained to us about Rome and the apartment. In my opinion, the apartment is identical to the one in the photo!

The place was roomy and just like the pictures. Location was in a very walkable area and subway/ train/ taxi and tour buses all within 5 min walking distance. AC worked well in the evenings. Marlon was very friendly and helpful upon check in. Perfect for a family of 4. Lift was working and helpful for grandma. Farmacy - stores right downstairs for anything extra that maybe needed. I recently enjoyed an unforgettable stay at an Airbnb in the heart of Rome, and it was simply exceptional! The location truly steals the show—just steps from the Pantheon and within walking distance of all the historic attractions. I couldn't have asked for a better area to explore. My hosts were also fantastic. They were very responsive and personally met me upon arrival. The apartment was clean, spacious, and stocked with all the necessities, plus they provided great dining options, grocery stores, and laundromats. For anyone planning a trip to Rome, this is the perfect place to stay! Thank you to my wonderful hosts for making my getaway so memorable!

The apartment for two is beautiful. I don't know who Annalisa is because they told us that the owner is a company that owns the entire building for short-term rentals. Check-in was made by a very helpful person. For me, given that it is not a hotel, so the related services are missing.

We had a wonderful time in Rocca di Papa! The home was very clean and our hosts were great with communication. Amazing view of the city + close to a grocery store + restaurants. Would recommend.

Great location, apartment is as described.

A home with a breathtaking view that I had used to prepare for me on the day of the wedding. Perfect location for photos. Lorella is very friendly and helpful to make the stay in the villa very pleasant. Super spacious both inside but also outside, especially for summer for those who want to have lunch or dinner outside with the many grills and many tables available.

The amenities and the view are amazing! There are a swimming pool, a tennis court, a massive private garden, along with lots of common areas indoor and outdoor to hang out. Would definitely recommend to a large group! Drawbacks to consider: have to climb onto the bunk beds in two rooms; if you forget anything valuable behind you will never get it back!

Everything is exactly as it is presented in the pictures. The place is a great value for money, a great spotlight in Rome, very well connected to the city center (we almost walked all the distances) very clean and comfortable. There are nice coffee places, a top rated Gelateria and a couple of tasty food restaurants in the area as well.

The most important thing about this apartment is the location. I liked it better than even monti district, for example. The streets are cleaner, everything is close by (shops and restaurants), a 15-minute walk to the Termini, and central shopping is within the same time by foot. The wifi is unstable, this is an issue for those who work remotely like we are. Otherwise, everything is great

Incredible spot in a perfect location!!

We had the please of spending 4 evening at Romana’s apartment; the apartment is beautiful and extremely well located. From the apartment we were able to walk to most of major attractions but also very close to the metro. Upon arrival we were given a QR code with local restaurants and the location of the grocery store which is a few minutes walk away. Lastly Romano is a great host and responded to all our questions immediately. We highly recommend this apartment.

Stayed here for the month of May. Great location - very close to metro and bus. But only about a 25 minute walk to tourist areas. Alessandra is a very responsive host- she allowed me to check in a few hours earlier which was great. The apartment was very clean and was just as it appears in the pictures. I would definitely stay here again!

Seriously great apartment. Very beautiful historic building, high ceilings, wonderful original floors. It has all you need, fully equipped kitchen with all small bits that you can think of like salt, sugar, oil, etc. Air conditioner in every room (we didn't use, but it's there), a very comfortable couch (although a bit noisy), a bed that can be separated for two (great for kids), great shower. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, and it's 5 minutes walk from metro. 30 minutes walk to Vatican, 10 minutes walk to Piazza Del Popolo. Good and cheap supermarket close by (Todis, don't bother with others, the prices there are way higher). Alessandra was so kind and helpful, very responsive, she met us and explained everything, we could check in a little earlier, and she also booked us a taxi to airport and even agreed to send us by post a toy that my son forgot. Great pkay, highly recommended ❤️

This apartment was absolutely charming, spacious, well located and very comfortable. We were able to easily walk to numerous shops and restaurants along with all our anticipated attractions. The layout provided ample space for privacy for us (me and my husband) and our adult son. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with anything you would need. I would highly recommend this place and stay again on another visit.

Great location and easily accessed by public transport. A little noisy if you have a bub and windows aren’t black out so a portable blind works well. Great bars, shops and restaurants near by as well as a carrefour. Comfortable stay with aircon 🙌

Giuseppe‘s apartments were adorable and stocked with everything we needed. They were extraordinarily clean and in such a convenient place to all of the main attractions to Rome. We really loved that the metro was literally just across the street. We had a group of 10 and the two apartments slept everyone beautifully. Giuseppe was extraordinarily helpful with recommendations and helping to arrange transportation to the airport. We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay in Katerina’s apartment. It is just a couple minutes form Campo di Fiore. The bed was very very comfortable and the pillows were exactly how we like them. 😊 I would recommend staying here!
