Loved it! Enough space for our family of 5. Close to the metro and supermarket. Simone was accommodating when our flight was delayed a day.

A wonderful stay in the heart of Rome! The apartment is so beautiful and the perfect stay. Very well decorated and all the necessary amenities, plus more. Valentina was very proactive and responsive, always providing timely responses and guidance. We wish we could have stayed longer!! Definitely recommend!

Conveniently located close to Fiumicino airport. Easy parking and spacious rooms.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The location was amazing and Giulia was kind enough to send us restaurant recommendations and help us book van services to and from the airport. The apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of four. We had a miscommunication about the cost of late checkout, but I really think it was just an honest mistake brought on by the language barrier. Giulia speaks great English, but sometimes subtleties can get lost in translation. One issue to be aware of is that the showers weren’t the best. They tended to cycle from hot to cold rather than staying a consistent temperature. It wasn’t the worst thing ever, but it was kind of annoying. Still I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. Just communicate clearly, take short showers, and enjoy this wonderful apartment in the heart of Rome!

La host è stata estremamente disponibile fin dal primo momento, pronta a rispondere con gentilezza e rapidità a tutte le nostre domande. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con calore, facendoci sentire subito a casa. L'appartamento era pulito, ordinato e curato nei minimi dettagli, esattamente come da descrizione e foto. Consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare qui: non solo per la qualità dell’alloggio, ma soprattutto per la cordialità e la disponibilità della host. Grazie ancora per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole e sereno.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war sehr gut, wir haben uns swhr wohl gefühlt. Rinieri war ein super Gastgeber und immer sofort erreichbar. Leider hat das Wifi nicht funktioniert aber das war in der ganzen Umgebung so. Also konnte der Gastgeber nichts dafür, Nach Bescheid geben an den Gastgeber hat er sich sofort darum gekümmert und uns immer am neuesten Stand gehalten und informiert. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos, total schön und sehr sauber.

In full transparency I have stayed at this airbnb during 6 years of traveling to Rome and every experience has been fantastic.. Giampiero is very kind, attentive, courteous and the apartment is spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. it's near to the city center by foot, Metro, bus, and Trams. Nice accommodation for anyone wishing to visit the likes of Tivoli and Villa Adriana by car. The place is clean and well equipped for cooking. It also doesn't get too hot which is a huge plus. Susanna was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Mieszkanie w doskonałej lokalizacji. Bardzo blisko do najważniejszych zabytków, a także blisko restauracji, sklepów, stacji metra. Mieszkanie przestronne - dwie sypialnie z dużymi wygodnymi łóżkami. Brakowało w nich jedynie klimatyzacǰi, była tylko jedna w salonie. Francesca jest świetnym gospodarzem, zawsze szybko odpowiadała na wiadomości i służyła pomocą. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie było bardzo wygodne. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

It was just like the pictures. Great location and beautifully decorated. Federica was excellent, always responding to our messages and made sure our needs were met. Would definitely recommend!

One of the best of the many Airbnbs I've stayed in. We could really feel that we were staying in someone's real family home, and Sabina took real care in making us feel at home, even leaving us champagne, fruit, bread and local sweets -- really above and beyond. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and loved our stay (and wish we could have stayed longer). Very charming neighborhood outside the main stressy area of central Rome!

Definitivamente lo mejor es la ubicación . El lugar es tal cual se ve , pero creo que para dos es muy chico . Para mi sola estuvo bien y mido 1,50 cm. Que no haya ascensor es un tema a tener en cuenta sobre todo si va gente mayor pero no fue un problema para mi ( solo cuando llegué porque estaba muy cargada). No había tacho de basura en la cocina , y para mi gusto le faltaba un enchufe en la parte de la mini cocina para la pava eléctrica por ejemplo . Los demás todo bien . Equipado con los necesario , baño muy bien ventilado . Amé mis días en Roma ! Cristina muy amable siempre

Overall I feel Roberto and his sister were excellent hosts. They always did their best to accommodate my requests and they truly went above and beyond. I did cut my foot on one part of the floor, but that was the only little thing. Beside that, I’m very grateful for all the exceptional hospitality they showed me. They even took the time to make suggestions for me, and I’m especially grateful to Roberto’s sister for showing me how to use the washing machine. Thank you again, and I can’t say enough positive things about the wonderful, meaningful trip again. Stay with them and you will NOT regret it! I was there for 2 weeks and it felt like home.

Todo correcto y bien. Muy bien situado. Cerca de San Pedro y con buena combinación autobuses y metro. Hubo problemas con la comunicación a la llegada. Pero solucionado. Muy cómoda la estancia por la amplitud y servicios. Único inconveniente las escaleras. No tiene ascensor y es un ático. María muy agradable y nos proporcionó el trasfer a la llegada y partida. gracias por todo.

Romana was a great host: very responsive and proactive. She was quick to resolve an unexpected issue with the tub and came immediately the following day to repair it. She takes the time to message with suggestions to inquiries and offer help with booking transport from the airport which was very convenient. Such a lovely and warm person! The apartment is centrally located. Easy to walk to the main attractions nearby and walkable to other neighborhoods as well. Very safe area with a private garden which is a quiet reprieve from busy days.

Great location, friendly suburb outside of the aeralian walls, lots of local spots, very close metro with a change at termini gets you anywhere in Rome. Riccardo and co were very helpful, I recommend this air BNB.

Robby was extremely responsive and replied within minutes... even at night! My girlfriend and I arrived at his place rather late and were worried that we would have problems checking in but Robby's swift replies made the check-in process super smooth. He also provided recommendations on where to eat nearby - which turned out to be really good. Overall, we just want to thank Robby for the problem-free stay as we had a couple of other poor experiences in our previous accommodations. Would definitely recommend staying here during your stay in Rome!
