Vacation rentals with lake access in Riviera Maya

This was a fantastic place. My husband and I came down for a quick visit and had a wonderful time here. Everything was perfect down to the privacy, the outdoor seating, beachfront. I loved that I could open all the front doors and allow the constant ocean breeze to roll through the house. There were great restaurants and shops within walking distance from the beach. Our host very communicated with us from the time of booking till we left. He gave us suggestions for different places to eat and things to do. The staff was amazing! Every day the cleaning service would come by and tidy up the sand and the salt covered windows to keep a beautiful view all the time. Reed our host set up a Couples massage one evening at the villa that was so good. This was worth every penny, and so much better than being in the resorts.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! It was everything we hoped it would be, and more. The home was beautiful inside and out. The decks were gorgeous, and we had so much fun floating by the dock and lounging in the small pool, watching and waving to the boats float by on the channel -ranging from fishing boats to huge catamarans, and even a couple of super yachts! We spent probably 80% of our time out there. We vastly preferred the feel of being a block off the main road in a vibrant neighborhood, and the space of a house over being in the overly touristy North Beach area for our stay. That said, that area was a short, inexpensive cab ride away. We did rent a cart for 24 hours to explore the island on our own and hit our favorite Punta Sur spots. (Recommend picking it up in the late afternoon to maximize your usage) Our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful! Pretty sure this will be our island home on all future visits!!

El lugar está muy tranquilo, seguro y muy cerca de todos los lugares de entretenimiento que puedas buscar en playa del carmen. La hospitalidad que brinda Claudia es inigualable, siempre muy atenta agradecidos estamos por todas las atenciones que nos brindo y muy buenas recomendaciones que nos hizo. En definitiva regresaremos, por que nos hizo sentir no que solo estábamos en casa sino que nos hizo sentir como si fuéramos alguien de su familia.

Christopher was a great host! Very responsive and helpful. Flexible and even helped us arrange a taxi in the early morning of our departure.

This was our first family vacation and we couldn’t have done it at a better place. The house literally had everything and more that you expect at a vacation home. With multiple pools and jacuzzis, I didn’t think it could be topped, until we walked into our very own private cenote! It was truly hard to leave this morning, the kids wanted more time at the house. It’s big and spacious and very private. The host are really helpful and sweet, with a cleaning lady that was kind and respectful of space and time. If you need any restaurant or activity recommendations, just ask Fabrizio, he was a great help. I plan on returning to playa de Carmen and when I do I hope this house is available. Can’t thank the hosts enough for trusting us with their home/ paradise (as the kids called it). Until next time.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

El lugar es muy tranquilo al ser una privada, muy seguro, puede uno ir caminando a la playa y al ferry qué sale a isla mujeres, considero que es una opción ideal para familias que desean pasar sus vacaciones con una estancia espectacular. Sin duda será una próxima opción de alojamiento. Tienes a estas metros tienda de conveniencia y farmacia. y a 10 minutos centros comerciales.

Un excelente lugar para disfrutar en familia, con grandes vistas. El apartamento corresponde con la descripción fotos y estar allí es tranquilizante. La comunicación con Luis fue sencilla y fluida, y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente en nuestra estancia

Absolutely loved our stay here. Perfect distance to the beach and the town by bike. The flat itself was very modern and clean. Rooftop pool sunset was incredible! Host was helpful with recommendations and responded quickly. Would recommend!!

This was our first adventure off of a resort in mexico and it was absolutely amazing. We felt very comfortable and safe in the area. The lagoon is breathtaking and with the paddle boards and kayaks we got to see and explore the diversity of the lagoon. Its also a 5 minute paddle to Catalonia beach where there is white sandy beaches and more snorkeling. We were hoping to do more fishing in the lagoon, but its very weedy so we went to the main beach and fished off the rocks there. When we got there, we noticed that a ac unit was leaking. We messaged the host, and they replied and showed up and fixed it all within 30 minutes! We were very impressed the whole week with how responsive and helpful everyone was. I even forgot my wallet at a local restaurant the day we were leaving and hector offered to go get it and ship it back! I cant say Thank you enough! We will definitely be recommending your place, and will be booking again.

This place is an absolute gem. The condo is stunning and well maintained. The room is very nicely decorated and comfortable for very long stays. Ivan is very attentive to anything that is needed and is very responsive. Check in is extremely easy. The location is fantastic. Hard to beat, extremely pleasant stay and would 100% stay again! I'd highly recommend to anyone. :)

Had a very relaxing 2 week stay. We rented a golf cart and visited all the nearby restaurants. Lots of music at different locations. Enjoyed spending afternoons in our private pool. Everything was very clean. Thanks Ron.
