Vacation rentals with beach access in Riviera Maya

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

Great place to stay. Ideally situated. Quiet for the most part, a low hum from a local bar’s music at night but that’s it. As someone who tries to opt for the quietest place, this met my standards there. Rooftop pool was lovely, well kept, and everyone was quiet and respectful allowing all to enjoy it in their own way. Only problem is that it’s opposite the communal bathroom for the rooftop pool so it gets loud and echoey with people going to and from it, closing doors etc… which if you fancy a day time nap, will be tricky. Other than that, great place and amazing hosts. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

We historically been resort people in Mexico. Took a chance on an Airbnb and let me tell you - NO REGRETS. Do it now! Great value, amazing restaurants to walk to, safe and there is a great roof top pool with cash bar. You’ll have the resort experience with a much better value. Thank you to our host.

We love the house! And enjoyed our time here, the room was super clean and cozy. It was very easy to reach out to Eric nor his assistance. Would definitely recommend!

All I can say is wow! The location was beautiful! We were worried there wouldn’t be anything near by but there was a little store and plenty of restaurants walking distance from the location. The views were amazing of the jungle from the rooms and the beach from the other side. It was way better than expected and the host were extremely responsive and flexible! There is also a check in at a gate before entering the community so it gave a sense of peace for our family. I will definitely be staying there again when I go back to visit.

The place was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! The area is remote and on a dirt road approx 15-20 minutes from Tulum City which we were aware of! We enjoyed the peace and quiet. They have "door man" if you will in the building at all times for any building assistance. Jessy was very responsive!

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastic location. This is an extremely special place, the apartment is fabulously equipped and the terrace is simply superb. Shops and restaurants are nearby and everyone we met was so friendly.

This is one of those places that you hesitate to review accurately because you’re afraid it will become too popular and you’ll not be able to reserve it again in the future. It is certainly one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in my life, and I’ve stayed in hundreds of a airBnb‘s over the years. Designed and built by a collective of architects and furniture designers, who also manage the Airbnb, the place is so comfortable and beautiful and aesthetically pleasing that you can be reluctant to leave it. Tulum is not the picturesque village it used to be, but there really great restaurants and other compensating factors. And to have a home this beautiful to stay in was a complete delight. I had a lot of complications at the airport and arrived at an unusual time, but the hosts were completely flexible. The only drawback was it was the first of three places I stayed on my trip and it made the other two pale in comparison. Highly highly recommended.

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

The home was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful and welcoming. The only issue was an unpleasant odor coming from one of the bathrooms, which we discovered was due to the toilet brush. Once we identified the source, we placed the brush in the backyard, and the smell was no longer a problem. The home was clean, the instructions were clear, and the property itself was stunning—just steps away from the beach. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

Segunda vez quedándonos en una de las propiedades de Paola, tuvimos una gran experiencia de nuevo, estaba muy agradable la decoración, la zona era muy tranquila de noche, el acceso a la playa fue el mayor atractivo pero lamentablemente había sargazo cuando fuimos, el guardia siempre fue muy amable. De la casa no tenemos ninguna queja, solo el aire de una recámara no enfriaba mucho pero de ahí en fuera todo bien. Al fin fuimos a la cafetería de Paola y está muy rico el pan, no pierdan oportunidad de ir. Y las recomendaciones de club de playa y restaurantes fueron muy buenas. Rentamos un tour y un automóvil a través de Paola y fue de gran ayuda. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo :)

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

Sylvia's home was just perfect for our sisters getaway. 3br/ 3bath and a great living area to gather. The decks overlooking the ocean were perfect for morning coffee and cocktails by pool (overlooking the ocean) were splendid. Local concierges and housekeepers Maribel and Jose couldn't be more responsive and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

We were warmly welcomed and attended to at all times. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was exceptional at all times, and the beach was extraordinary. The area is very safe and peaceful. There’s a bus stop close to the house, with buses passing by frequently—public transportation is excellent. Also nearby is the dock that can take you to Isla Mujeres, another beautiful beach. There are also small markets and places to eat close to the house. I highly recommend this home and definitely plan to return.

This place is heaven! I now understand why this place has a perfect review score: it truly lives up to all of the expectations set, and then some. The house is super peaceful and private-with two very helpful and friendly caretakers onsite when needed, but totally out of your way when not. We basically lived in the pool and adjacent palapa and just lounged for 5 days in this small slice of paradise. Don't expect to swim in the ocean (we got lucky and the sargassum subsided 1 afternoon) -- but its not an issue at all. The pool is amazing + there are so many cenotes and swimming spots within a 5-20 minute drive (15 mins from Xelha, highly recommend). The inside is exactly everything a couple needs - it felt like a luxury suite at a 5 star resort. Large comfy bed, nice bathroom, and decent sized kitchen and living room -- all super clean and well stocked. We grocery shopped and cooked a few meals + there are many decent restaurants within a 5-20 min walk or short drive. We will be back!

Chris’s apartment was exactly as described – very clean, well-kept, and beautifully furnished. Communication was excellent; whenever we had a question, we received a quick response. The shared pool was cleaned daily and was almost always quiet and nearly empty. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back

The condo was wonderful and Michaela was an incredible host. We enjoyed the amazing views and comfortable apartment and felt very well taken care of. Michaela was remarkably responsive when a couple little things came up and made the entire experience smooth. The location on Half Moon Bay was perfect- we snorkeled right out front of the building, using the ample equipment they provided, and loved walking to the beach bars in Akumal (especially Buena Vida and La Lunita). It was also an easy walk to the lagoon, which was a must see as well. Having seen Tulum, we were so glad to have the much more laid back vibe of Akumal. The condo was perfectly located for an easy but peaceful stay with lots of swimming in the pool and staring at the blue water. For what it’s worth, the elevator was working almost the entire time we were there, but was out for part of a day. We did not end up making use of the rooftop area- it wasn’t really necessary with the lovely deck on the apartment.

Great apartment in a nice condo complex. It’s worth noting that if you’re after beach time to note that Playa del Carmen and that coast gets a lot of seaweed from May thru August apparently, so be prepared for the smell and not using the sea much. The apartment is wonderful, well lit, very spacious and well equipped. The host is very responsive. The pool setup is great, added bonus having same shade over the pool. Staff at the complex are fantastic. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

El departamento es maravilloso, extremadamente organizado y limpio! Super completo como la descripción! La ubicación es perfecta, super cerca de la principal zona de restaurantes, fiestas y de la playa, hay mucho que hacer por la región. Abril es una excelente host, nos ayudó mucho con informaciones y nos respondió con rapidez! Fue una experiencia increíble, recomiendo mucho el departamento!

Muy bueno el departamento. Nos encantó el condominio, tiene todas las posibilidades en base a las ganas y posibilidades de cada uno; se puede ir a la playa pública, al beach club Kay o sacar pase en los hoteles Bahía Principe. Muy cerca de Akumal para snorkel con tortugas (imperdible), de la zona arqueologica y cenotes. Las camas son cómodas y tiene buen espacio en el balcón. Rubén siempre respondió de forma rápida y amable.

This place was amazing. The host helped with reservations for restaraunts, assisted with transportaion, and welcomed us upon arrival. The place was amazing and so relaxing that we didnt get to enjoy the pool. It was within walking distance to local stores and eateries.

Balam was very responsive and helpful with any questions including transportation to and from the airport! The property was clean and updated, in a secure location, walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and beaches. The only reason I selected a "4" for location was due to loud singing late night and dogs barking late night and early morning which limited us sleeping as a family. If you don't mind the noise and stay up late, than I would say all was perfect and as described.
