Muy buen lugar, tranquilo y muy amable el anfitrión súper recomendado

Fue un alojamiento muy ameno, me gusto que alado tiene un café para desayunar. La instalación muy buena, cuenta con varias amenidades que describe. Y muy cerca del ADO.

UBICACION BIEN SI NO QUIERES MUCHO RUIDO, NO ESTA TAN LENOS DE LA 5AV. HAY REGLAS DE CONVIVENCIA, SOLO HAY FUGA DE LA REGADERA Y SE MOJA TODO EL PISO DEL BAÑO QUE TUVE UN PEQUEÑO ACCIDENTE QUE NO PASO A MAYORES, COSTO- ESTANCIA DIRIA QUE BIEN NO EXCELENTE, LAS FOTOS SIEMPRE HACEN MAGIA AUNQUE EL LUGAR NO ESTA MAL SOLO LAS FOTOS LO HACEN VER MAS BONITO.

Great place to stay. A few minor problems during my 4 month stay and Laura responded in under an hour. Usually in under 5 minutes. She was excellent in every aspect. Had a great stay and will recommend it to anyone considering booking with Laura

Excelente lugar, muy amables y muy pendientes de lo que necesitábamos.

Arrived there a few minutes before check-in closed, and the host was there to greet us and give us restaurant, bars, and activity recommendations = easy and informative check-in! The room, terrace, and hotel itself was very clean and looked just like the pictures (staff cleaned everyday). The location was very convenient - everything was walking / biking distance. We never a got chance to but they have bicycles that you can rent at the hotel. There were instances were there was no running water but it wasn't news to us since we were warned that there could be water shortages beforehand. Also, this location is safe but if you still feel iffy no need to worry because the only way for you to get in and out of the hotel is with a key that they provide you with. The terrace was beautiful and very relaxing - best place to unwind after a long day - but if the weather is humid or don't feel like being outside just use the hammock in the room (AMAZING). Everything was honestly perfect for me! I will definitely stay at Casa Almendro when I visit Mexico again!

This Airbnb was the perfect cozy studio for my month in Playa del Carmen. The beds were so comfortable, the pool was awesome, and the hosts were truly incredible in every way. It is a bit further from the center but not too far, and walking up CTM is a breeze! The free coffee and breakfast was lovely as well.

Casa Almendro is such a lovely place. I am so glad we chose it for our ten day stay in Tulum. The decoration is lovely and everything is perfectly clean. We loved the hamacs and communal kitchen on the terrace. The hosts and owners are present everyday and made us feel so welcome and at home. I was visiting with my five year old daughter so the location was very convenient. It is right in town but quiet and close to the beach and ruins by bike or colletivo (local shuttle service) and to supermarkets and great coffee shops and restaurants. I will definitely come back when we return to Tulum!

This was our first time travelling with two little kids (4 and 1). This location was great as it had a pool, elevator for our stroller, and was a core floor so no stairs. We easily could go to the pool with our stroller and walk to the beach. We also walked to the grocery store and made food in the condo. We loved our stay!

We had a great stay at Tamy's place and could not recommend it enough. It was very comfortable for 5 adults for a four-night stay. Tamy provided drinking water and coffee which was super helpful. The views are spectacular, especially from the rooftop terrace. The pool area has lots of seating, but be sure to head down early if you want to sit in the shade or at the beach. The poolside restaurant has a huge variety of food and drinks, and the convenience store next to the security guard station is well equipped. OXXO is right across the street if you need anything additional. Everyone entering the property has to be checked in by a security guard, so we felt extremely safe. We did have some issues with the elevator working one day, so be sure to carry the emergency key with you just in case. If you are looking for a great local restaurant, head across the street to Navios. Everything on the menu was so delicious, we went back twice. Thank you, Tamy, we had a great stay!

it was a simple hotel for our last night and we chose something basic because we had to leave at 6am. Location was very close to the airport and very convenient.

Estuvo perfecto todo. Se me hace un poco elevado, pero entiendo que la zona es muy exclusiva.

Perfect! We loved every minute we were here. We felt right at home. There is plenty of space to spread out and relax. The bed was extremely comfortable and the couch comfy to curl up at night and relax. The whole apartment was spotless! We loved the view of the pool from the balcony and the penthouse roof! Lots of hot water and a fully functioning kitchen. The washer and dryer were a fantastic addition. Would recommend this location for anyone who was space and comforts of home, but still close to 5th Avenue (right outside) and the beach (a few minutes walk.) The pool was also great!

Place is very nice and very spacious. Great wrap around patio and rooftop spaces. Right on 5th so its entertaining - a bit noisy at night till around 3am but anyone who visits playa should know the closer you are the action that some noise comes with the territory. Simona is helpful and communicative. Place is great and would stay again.

I stayed for a month and it was perfectly comfortable for working from home & accessing conveniences like the OXXO in the same building, and great food within walking distance. The washer/dryer combo was a unique touch as compared to all the other places I’ve stayed in Tulum.

¡Excelente lugar para hospedarnos! El costo y la cercanía al ferri 10/10, instalaciones limpias, la alberca súper a gusto. Todos súper amables, Gloria y Christian, muy atentos y amables en todo momento. Lo recomendamos muchísimo y claramente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí (:

Reservarnos con menos de 24 horas de anticipación, nos respondió de manera rápida y nos dio la información que necesitábamos para antes de llegar. Cuando ya estábamos en Cancun nos mandó un mensaje wsp confirmando nuestra reservación y comentó que si necesitábamos ayuda podíamos buscarlo por ahí: la primera habitación B223 Tenía problemas: el baño apestaba mucho, la cama rechinaba demasiado y no teníamos agua caliente, pero el anfitrión se encargó con anticipación de cambiarnos de habitación y darnos una mucho mejor. Los chicos de Recepción siempre fueron muy atentos con nosotros resolviendo nuestras dudas, y dándonos las amenidades que necesitábamos. Fuimos para un congreso de maquillistas, y aunque la ubicación estaba incómoda ya que cada vez que queríamos tomar camión teníamos que caminar 1 km hacia la avenida principal, no presentó mucho problema para nuestro día a día. Aunque el post mencioné muy ambiguamente que hay piscina, la hay pero está muy vieja, y no dan ganas de usarse.

Un exelente lugar para descansar y relajarse,la señora Gloria es una persona maravillosa y muy cordial y atenta espero volver a ir y vernos pronto y claro q recomiendo x mucho el lugar

El lugar Corresponde con las fotos, esta muy limpio y bonito, los atardeceres en la terraza son lo mejor, además que don Fernándo siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades y nos daba recomendaciones de lugares a visitar.
