Here you live about 1 km from the city center, about 250 m from the grocery store, about 1 km from Randvik beach with Svaberg, fishing opportunities and swimming beach. The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a trundle bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel bed. The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 young children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch on the back of the house. Gas grill on the porch. Plenty of parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

Small farm in scenic surroundings, where the animals can walk around almost freely. Pick eggs for breakfast, scratch the mini pig. Wake up to the rooster crowing. With the canoe you can paddle several kilometers. The bathroom is simple, without a shower, but the bathroom stairs and the lovely water make up for it. There's a gas grill there too. An eldorado for animal lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Forest, water and mountains. Taxi boat to Lyngør and more. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores, and free outdoor water park. 4 min to convenience store.

Cabin by Sandnesfjorden in Risør. There are 2 bedrooms in the cabin with a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. In addition, there is a single bed in the sleeping alcove in the kitchen, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Boat berth available. Electricity and water are connected. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Short distance to Risør and Tvedestrand. Nice hiking and swimming areas nearby. The cabin is in the same area as we also have a cabin, so consideration for each other must be shown if we are there at the same time.

To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride of 7 min. - here you can park the car in your own parking space and leave it during the stay. The apartment contains a living room with dining area and a living room with TV. - A small kitchen, richly equipped. Bedroom with 4 bunks, duvets/pillows/sheets and duvet covers. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Heating in all floors. Internet.

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds and a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Superb cabin close to the sea surrounded by tall trees and sunshine all day. The cabin has a balcony and a spacious roof terrace for dining and relaxing. It is located in an area with nice spots to sun bathe and swim as well as lakes to explore with kayaks or canoe. Nearby there is also a hotel with a bar/restaurant , swimming pool, volleyball court, tennis courts etc. Short way to Risør city by the charming ferry located nearby, or boat which can be rented by a local boat rental company.

Cosy Cottage in Portør, a Peninsula near Kragerø

This classic Norwegian seaside cottage is nestled in a sheltered spot in Portør; a small peninsula outside Kragerø, within the Jomfruland National Park. Unspoilt and rugged, the area is perfect for a lazy summer and/or an activity break. There is a terrace with sea views. Swimming opportunities are only 50 metres away. It is furnished pleasantly in light colours and is perfect for a trip to the seaside. The standard is simple; in places a bit tired and shabby, but it is clean and comfortable.

Boathouse by the lake

Cozy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse is located right on the waterfront, with access to a private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Real Sørland idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The cabin is best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. However, a dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed can be arranged for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people (1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

Holiday fun at the lakefront Båtbu1960

Beautiful summer place by the water - in the middle of Sørlandsidyllen! Only 3h drive from Oslo and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. The boathouse was built in 1960, with a boat garage and a small part where you could spend the night. Today it is still used as a boat garage and boat storage in the winter. The rental part was upgraded, most recently in 2019. Direct exit from the kitchen to nice terraces, small sandy beach and jetty. Evening sun and sun all day!

Skarvann Camp - Gapahuk

Idyllic small cottage near the waterfront. Simple standard with double bed with foam mattress. There is no door on this unit, only a "awning" to close with. Outside area with fire pan, table and bench. The cabin has windows in the roof so that you can lie and watch the starry sky. Here you wake up to a fantastic view of the sunrise over Skarvann. Firewood is not included with the fire pan, it is possible to buy it here if you want.

Quaint Seaside Vacation Home
