This is a great apartment (approx. 60 sqm) in the middle of Risør city center. Small cozy house from the 1860s. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Quiet and peaceful without street noise or noise from neighbors. Two bedrooms (you go through one bedroom to get to the next bedroom). A total of two small double beds. And a large sofa bed. The apartment does not have its own private patio. However, there are several cafes and "all the city's facilities" right outside the front door. Café tables on the sidewalk can be used freely. Great newly renovated apartment of 60 sqm at Sørfjorden. 7km from Risør city centre. Nice tour, and bathing facilities in nice and peaceful surroundings. The main house on Bosvik Gård that is listed in 1756 is painted in several editions by artist Kitty Kielland when she and her artist colleague Harriet Backer rented the house in the summer of 1885. One of the iconic editions "After Sunset" hangs in the Royal Palace in Oslo. The apartment has a new 180x210 bed and a new 120x200 bed, ideal for 2, 3 adults or a family with 2 children.

The apartment is located above a garage at the back of a residential house. It is less than a 5 minute walk down to a great beach and jetty. Hiking opportunities, restaurants, shops and activity offerings are within short distance. Størdal farm is a short walk away. Here you can enjoy locally sourced food in a rural atmosphere. Regular taxi boats go out to the islands of Lyngør and Sandøya, which offer a rich offer of cozy niche shops and restaurants. Boat can be rented to explore the archipelago.
