The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a trundle bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel bed. The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 young children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch on the back of the house. Gas grill on the porch. Plenty of parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

The house is suitable for anyone who likes to combine the sea and the city on vacation. There is a short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and cafes. You just have to walk 180 meters to buy a delicious soft ice cream. Up on Urheia, 200 meters from the house, you have the opportunity to swim in fresh water and go for a walk in the woods. At Krana you can swim in the sea and rent a kayak.

It is 15 min to Risør city center and to Tvedestrand. 10 km to Brokelandsheia with, among other things, the small zoo and Euro -spar. Two km to the village Søndeled with Kiwibutikk (open on Sundays in summer) and swimming facilities. Nice marked hiking trails nearby. Kristiansand Zoo is 1 hour away. Nydelig sommersted på Borøya utenfor Tvedestrand. Kun 3t kjøring fra Oslo og 15 min. til Tvedestrand by med alle fasiliteter. Dette er et spesielt sted. Opprinnelig er det et båtbyggeri, men vi har gjort det om til et sommersted med 4 soverom med 8 senger + 2 ekstra på sovesofa i stue i 2.etg. Med 2 bad er det god plass til 2 familier som vil reise sammen. Vi har også en privat strand, samt stor brygge som er dyp nok også for seilbåter. Man kan kjøre ned og det er enkel adkomst og parkering.
