The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 young children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch on the back of the house. Gas grill on the porch. Plenty of parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

There is no indoor shower in the apartment, but a private outdoor shower with hot water is available. Parking included. ​ Important info: Remember to bring your own bed linen.

The place has a beach, swimming pool area, shop, mini golf, playground, soccer field, volleyball court, and boat rental. Short trip to Risør city center. Lots of fun to do nearby. The toilet in the RV is not to be used. Nice bathroom facilities and a pool area right behind the trailer. Towels and bed linen must be brought. Clean up before leaving is done by the guests

The water is rich in fish and a boat or canoe can be rented. Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the many hiking opportunities in the nearby area.

The cabin is located on Øysang, right next to Jegertunet holiday center where you can use the swimming pool and tennis courts for a fee. From the cabin it is also about a 10-minute walk to the jetty where the Øysang ferry goes over to Risør city center. It is also just a short drive to the Svabergene mountains at Stangnes and Portør.
