That's exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of closeness to nature. On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

Stolpehytta

Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.

"The blue nest" Solbakken Microhouse

Enjoy the nature and the views you get when you get up to the top of this newly built Microhouse. This is the highest of the two Microhouses in Solbakken, where they are both located in the surroundings of animals and art. Gallery Solbakkestova with its beautiful sculpture garden is located just next to the house. Goats graze in front, and you can see alpacas on the other side. The house is located in a rural area, but is close to the city center and bus. Walking and cycling paths pass by, and the hiking trail up to Liafjellet is close by.

Cabin in the orchard "Borghildbu"

In this place you live at the top of the orchard at the farm Påldtun. Here you can enjoy a nice view of fjords and mountains. There is a short distance to the jetty. Here you can rent a boat and sauna or take a morning swim. You will experience life in the village with grazing animals and work that takes place in the season. When you stay in our orchard you are free to pick and eat the fruit that is on the farm. Short distance to Sandane city center. We accept bookings for mountain trips/fishing trips in our local area. Arctic Dome Hosetåsen ligger i Orkland kommune. Domen ligger på en topp med skog rundt, men med en åpen og vakker utsikt utover dalen og mot fjellene i Trollheimen. Legg deg i en myk og komfortabel seng hvor du kan nyte stjernehimmelen, og våkne til en nydelig utsikt. Senk skuldrene å nyt roen naturen og utsikten gir! Fra parkeringen er det ca 600 meter å gå, ta på gode sko da stien går gjennom skog og litt myr. På vinteren må en gå på ski eller truger da det ikke er brøytet vei.
