Cottage by Sandnesfjorden in Risør. There are 2 bedrooms in the cottage with double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. In addition, there is a single bed in the sleeping alcove in the kitchen, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Boat space available. Loaded electricity and water. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Short way to Risør and Tvedestrand. Nice hike - and, swimming areas nearby. The cabin is in the same area as we also have a cabin in, so consideration for each other must be shown if we are there at the same time.

Walking distance to bathing areas, hiking areas, the city and everything you need when you are on vacation. We can provide tips and recommendations for your stay in charming Risør. The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, WiFi, coffee table and dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed. The kitchen is renovated in summer 2023. Large bathroom with double shower. Two fireplaces inside and one outside. Large lush, undisturbed garden with outdoor furniture and gas grill, awnings. Sleeps 8 on 2 floors: 180cm +2x80cmin 3 floors and 150cm +2x80cmin 1 floor, walk-through in two of the rooms. TV, but no internet and TV signals. Stairs. Suitable for family/gangs who like the good life.

"Bekkestua" is a charming cottage with two annexes. The buildings are part of the farmhouse on Røysland Gård, where for many years there has been a riding camp in the summers. This unique and quiet place to stay makes it easy to recharge your batteries. From Bekkestua it is an idyllic walk of 3 minutes down to the lake Skarvann and a great swimming area with sandy beach. The water is rich in fish and boat or canoe can be rented. Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the many hiking opportunities in the area.

We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Cozy community with convenience stores in 10 minutes walk from the house. A perfect holiday home in the heart of Sørlandet. electricity is not included and will be charged separately The pool is available from May 1 to October 1

Fleet - Camp Skarvann

Enjoy the sound of nature when staying at this unique place. Idyllic small fleet that is located on the lake Skarvann. There is a single standard with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with a foam mattress. There is no door on this unit, just a "drape" to close it. Small kitchenette, table and chairs on the deck outside and a fire pit. Important and note that this is a wilderness camp, we do not have water and electricity. There is available toilet in the area. Duvet/pillow/sleeping bag must be brought.

Boathouse by the sea. Kayaks included June-September

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 persons (1 + 2) from May to September. Kayaks are not available from October to April.
